Service was good, no complaints there. Ordered French onion soup to come out as an app, and they said they were making more. I... was skeptical about how long that would take, but I waited patiently. Meals came out, still no soup. Server was apologetic andvery nice about it, so I switched to a baked potato. Ordered a gin and tonic that we had to send back because it was a gin andsoda. Had to ask for lime wedge in it as well. I thought that would be standard for a G&T. It was fixed promptly. Steak wasperfectly cooked and the rest of the meal was lovely. My two year old?s Joey Sirloin was a meal fit for a toddler sized King! Everything at Queen?s Harbor Outback is delicious. My... family used to dine in occasionally but since our second baby it?s far simpler to get curbside pickup as a treat. We always havea wonderful experience with service at Queens Harbor; the food is prepared with utmost care so that orders are filled promptly,accurately, and arrive home hot and ready to eat. The staff really care about getting to know the families that visit theirrestaurant and make sure that everyone has the best experience possible. This kindness and courtesy is something seldom foundtoday, especially with relatively isolated services like curbside-pickup. Hope to stop by again soon! The hostess sat us at the bar area and didn't provide menus or silverware, it took about 15 minutes for the waiter to come by... due to the hostess failing to communicate that she seated guest. She seemed to be more interested in her phone than properlydoing her job. Luckily the waiter Krystal brought the experience back up to standards or else this review would of been 1-2stars. The food was great and Krystal deserves more than a raise for the excellent recovery. Read more
