Panera has clearly gone down hill. I used to love eating at panera's. Great sandwiches and soup. This last experience was awful.... I ordered the half soup and sandwich. First they told me they were out of bread? Then when I question what could I get for thesandwich they said they were they meant they were out of lettuce. Which is no problem since I didn't want lettuce on mysandwich. While waiting, the tables were dirty the carpet was dirty the staff was completely unprofessional. Finally got my foodto go order when I got home I opened it up and the food was sadly,this location needs to be better. Get good staff and get yourfood quality back to what it used to be. Read more

My oatmeal was undercooked. They remade it, and it was still so gritty I couldn't eat it. I was told that is how steel cut oats... are. I know how steel cut oats are supposed to feel. I have their oatmeal frequently, and I know what to expect. This wasunderdone. I didn't feel like wasting my time arguing so they got $6 off of me for inedible gruel. I ordered two breakfast items a full hour in advance for pick up. I had meetings so I was trying to be prepared. When I arrived,... only one sandwich was ready. Apparently, the spinach souffle had not been prepared yet. I had to wait another 20± minutes forthis. Other customers were actually expressing concern for my long wait. My other sandwich was cold by the time I got the 2nd.They did not acknowledge me losing nearly 30 minutes of time. The team does seem friendly, though. Read more
Great service, great food. Very friendly service. Clean tables and restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. Served quickly.... Bread was fresh baked and very good. Love the lemonade choices. Delivery was garbage. Made an online order for over $100, wife hit the wrong digit when putting in the address and didn?t notice... it till after purchase. Called, and was advise they can?t do anything except cancel your order so you can reorder. Okay,inconvenience, but whatever. Even debated not ordering Panera after that but the wife isn?t feeling good and wanted the cheddarbroccoli soup. I personally ordered the second time. Same exact order. Estimated time of delivery was 30 minutes, took an hour.Even though I did not select contactless delivery, the driver dropped the order at my front door and never said a word orknocked or rang a doorbell. Every deal on the bag broken open, either due to transit issues or because the driver wassnooping. Food was good, it always is, even if it?s insanely overpriced. Finished dinner and started putting the bagels away(we got a bakers dozen) and noticed that not only did I get shorted a plain cream cheese but also received 6 cinnamon bagelsinstead of the 6 asiagos we had ordered. Thought about calling but there?s simply no excuse when you have two copies of myorder. Should?ve taken the sign not to order after I couldn?t change the address number. All in all, a complete waste of timeand money on my end, with added frustration. We will not be ordering food from this location ever again. Read more
