This Panera bread is horrible every time I come here it?s gets worst and worst. The staff member in the back was on the phone... with air pods in his ears with his hood on. Another worker she was making food with no gloves. They recently replaced themanager but the new night shift manager isn?t any better. The staff there is horrible at night. They don?t have one problemsolving cell amongst the entire shift. I ordered soup. The bread baguette was stale and hard. When I asked for the fresh bread Iwas given the burger bread for a chicken sandwich. Burger bread really. Another customer notice the staff mocking me laughing asI walked away. I was done. Read more
Stopped by today for one of my favorite bagels ???? Cinnamon Crunch ???? toasted with butter ????. Yummy yummy along with a... glass of Passion Papaya Green Iced Tea. A nice refreshing drink to start the day with no caffeine. If you like caffeine theyhave these new charged lemonades that are delicious and loaded with plant-based Clean caffeine powered by Guarana and greencoffee extract. I've tried them all and they are all very tasty. The Mango Yuzu Citrus is my favorite ???? however, they are allvery good. Read more
Panera used to be good but they've gotten ridiculous with how much money they're squeezing out of customers. One, they've... increased the prices. Ten dollars for a lunch sized bowl of soup? Okay, that's kinda reasonable for Panera quality. But I getthe soup and it's such a small portion. Way smaller than it used to be. It wasn't even a spoon deep (see pictures). Plus thetaste was really nothing to brag about, it's now the same quality as canned soup. Don't go to Panera, it is no longer worth themoney to eat canned soup. Read more
Many times restaurants are affected by variables, and there are many. The lunch rush hour affecting service and cleanup is just... one example. But there are some areas that are hard to either accept or come up with a reason to accept. This Panera Bread fallsinto this category. Some areas of improvement: turn down the elevator music ???? of jazz spmphony. It's hard to enjoy a prettygood salad with Michael Buble blasting along. The internet service in this location is really horrible. Think getting droppedevery five minutes. I'm surprised more haven't complained about this. The ordering kiosks have now been repaired, it took a longtime but now the pagers are broken. So, now when your order is ready someone from the kitchen yells out your name. They have todo something, but it still isn't customer service. It's stale ???? bread. Read more
Love Panera and the monthly subscription membership. I always order the Asiago bagel with cream cheese and an iced tea. Super... delicious and makes me happy. Unfortunately, I hate knocking off a star but it is needed. The ladies bathroom needs moreattention to it. It?s pretty dirty and disgusting. As soon as I walked in it, the bathroom garbage was piling over because itwas so full. The large stall was the worst.....upon walking in it, i immediately noticed the blood on the toilet seat. And itwasn?t just a drop, it was a whole smearful of it. There is garbage all around it. Just gross. The smaller one is just sadlooking. I informed the cashier right away and I saw she informed the manager ASAP. And saw them both go take care of it whichis great and is why I did four stars instead of a lower review. But the bathroom needs to start being paid attention to more. Read more
Panera is fantastic. Food quality is exceptional. Unfortunately the bathrooms were very gross and dirty. Women?s restroom had... bloo all over it and was a mess. Men?s restroom had urine all around the urinal. There should be semi hourly checks to keep upon this? the self serve station was relatively clean. However the hot water for my tea came out a little darker than regularwater and had a black chunk of something in it. No idea what it was? service was fast and food good. Read more
Came to Panera for breakfast. The cashier was nice, however, the good experience ended there. We ordered two toasted bagels to... go. After 16 minutes of waiting we went to the window just to make sure the order was not lost. The lady said I have you orderhere, she aggressively pushed the bag across window crunching the bag at the same time. She said, we have other orders as well.When I opened the bag, I found two cold bagels and the bagels were haphazardly places. This was not a good experience for me. Iwill never return here. Read more
This must be a joke. Does Panera look at these reviews? This is the nastiest place Ever. I had no other choice but to stop and... they ?toasted? a bagel for me that was hard as a rock and stale. And everyone was rude (i honestly don?t blame them, who wouldwant to work there?) tip jar is empty and says ?tips are not necessary but appreciated? I?m sure the employees didn?t writethat. Maybe if you pay your employees and not have them work in a run down building that has trash all over the ground and stalefood, they would have a smile on their faces. Typical Florida. Read more
