Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn?t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to... a different papa johns . I?ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgustedwith the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u canbarely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize... it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone theysaid they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong orderthat we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited an hour and a half just to get the wrong order. Then they immediately put us on hold for... 15 minutes with the MOST ANNOYING hold recording. Another in our party called and instantly got their call answered while theother person was STILL on hold. They put us on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes, just to get put on hold YET AGAIN for another 30MINUTES!!!!! We called yet a third time and a nice woman answered finally, and she got us a refund and a correct order. She wasvery nice and helpful despite our frustration. Ordered thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese. In the past, the cheese would be stringy when you pulled the slices apart.... But on this one there was barely any sauce or cheese. As a matter of fact, I should have known to check it as when I got in thecar with it, there was no smell at all to it. Papa Johns was always my favorite pizza place but no more. Read more

Do not order from this location, I ordered from them yesterday and got the soggiest most disgusting pizzas I've ever received... from any pizza place in my life. When I tried to call them someone picked up the phone and hung up more than 10 times in a row.Never answered the phone at all. If this is what we are to expect as "quality", then I can only assume it will get worse fromhere on out not better. Instead of erasing my old review I'm going to edit and add to it. I recently gave them another try andreceived better service and quality of food, the pizza was made very well and the ingredients were fresh and hot. I'm going togive them another shot in the future and see how it goes. I will update at that point but for the most recent visit theyimproved by leaps and bounds. Read more

I rarely order from here due to them not delivering to my area. I would have thought that since UberEats finally decided to... expand in my area for delivery, a lot of these other places that deliver would start as well. I placed my order online and gotthere to be told that the latest carryout time was 10 pm and that the manager clears the queue for orders after the carryouttime. I explained that I placed my order at 9:20 but I had to drive to come and pick up due to none delivery in my area. I getthe pizza home to not have barely any chicken on the pizza or extra Alfredo sauce as requested on my pizza. The pizza was drybut soft. I really wish Papa John's would learn to put more sauce and toppings on their pizzas and not sell just dough. Read more
