Just can't say enough about Papa John's. Superior service and quality food.. even during times you think they will be busy (they... usually are) I have NEVER gotten bad food and the occasional time I may have a complaint.. the team rectifies it upon immediaterequest.. truly a shopper friendly "Customer first" approach by this store.. If someone has something bad to say.. well theyjust were having a bad day and wouldn't let the situation be resolved because I know personally that this crew will go above ANDBEYOND to make an issue right. Place to order their card machine did not work I told him I will get cash no problem just put my order in he said okay and I... come back 20-30 minutes later and he asked me again what did that order that he cancel my order So I left and went somewhereelse today I went back and told ordered a pizza from the same cashier and he still got my order wrong and had to drive back toget my order right and they had no courtesy or sense of compensation on time gas and frustration over two different occasionswhere it took an hour and a half to get only one pizza right Read more

I have had constant issues with this location. The papa johns app clearly states my apartment number, yet every single time I... order from there I get a call from someone who doesn?t see it. Twice I?ve had the business claim my order was ?delivered ? justfor it to not arrive when they claim it did. I understand if they couldn?t reach me, but them incorrectly claiming my order wasdelivered instead of immediately processing a refund is wrong. Read more

2020 update. This Papa John's has been doing better, I just got my order and it was super fast (25min to the door) papatrack... showed it as still "making". The breadsticks were plentiful (although little skinny , oh well) and the pizzas looked delish(still need help on cutting, one was small other was huge). 2018 _ I love Papa John's but since I moved to this new area ithas been lacking.
