I?ve gone to this store over 100 times but after today?s experience I will not be spending my money here anymore. Walked in to... pick up my pizza and was ignored by the worker. He did not acknowledge me or even look my way. I know from the app that mypizza had been ready the entire time I was standing there and could visibly see my pizza sitting on the counter. Not too hardsince there was only one pizza on the counter (not very busy). Growing ever more frustrated that my pizza was sitting theregetting cold and I was being ignored, I grabbed my pizza off the counter myself. As I walked out of the store the pizza makerwho couldn?t be bothered by my existence before, chased me out to my car yelling verbal threats. ?You better not ever come backto this store or I?m gonna do something about you? Called management on the phone and was cussed at and threatened again overthe phone. Got home and the pizza was, you guessed it. Cold. And the crust was bigger than the edible pizza. Read more
Instead of raising their prices because of inflation they've decided to cut way back on the cheese and toppings they put on the... pizza. Used to be my favorite pizza place but they're becoming more and more like pizza hut. Read more
My family has been ordering from this location for years and this order definitely was not it's best. The only reason it's... received 3 stars is because the delivery was quick and pizzas were still warm. Massive and multiple bubbles on both 12 inpizzas. Read more

Ordered extra cheese and still had bald spots on my "Supposedly New York" pizza!! Most definitely wasn't hand stretched at all.... Just an almost regular side pizza with limited toppings????!!!! Seems quality goes down after 730-800pm. I understand people arewinding down to prepare to close and go home but that shouldn't bother the quality of the pizza being an easy process. Placed a call for delivery at 11:35 on a Sunday morning06Feb22, at a location 3.1 miles from my office as I was working. I was... told over the phone that I WAS NOT in the delivery area of this store and could not place my order even though I have done thisa number of times previously. No worries! I hung up and called Pizza Hut who was more than happy to have my business. In myopinion, Papa Johns is losing touch with its service to the public and will continue to lose business until they right the shipin ALL their locations. I have tried giving multiple chances at other locations, as well. Fir the price, their are otherbusinesses that are more than happy to take my money. Thanks for your lack of customer service! I ordered two pizzas only to receive one. I sent my daughter to pick it up. I called them and explained the issue and was told... they would make the additional one for me. I became upset by the lack of quality to detail and how inconvenient it is for acustomer to double back for a mistake. Only to be halfway there, my daughter calls and says ?bacon is under the cheese of mypizza.? Now we have two issues. I called Papa Johns back and they apologized from hearing my frustration. The manager was sonice and understanding and she made sure to discount one of the pizzas for me. A very happy customer I became. Read more
Taking a moment to review though my last order was a week ago? I dunno, they made an impression. The delivery service and food... have been pretty solid except for one time when the tracker said my food had been delivered and I thought my neighbor helpedthemselves ( -again ????) only to call and find out their system malfunctioned? minus a star for mental anguish. The locationis 2 stars at best but, the pizza is the point. Read more
