I ordered from this location as I always do and I have to say I'm very disappointed by their delivery service. My pizza arrived... 2 hrs later cold and had to decline to paying for it. Lucky me I chose cash option. I wish there was a way to recover my pointsredeemed for this order which was for nothing. Read more
Had a very bad experience first they gave me the wrong food and then they said it would take five minutes for my food to come... out and they were outside taking shots and then they didn?t wash their hands and then they weren?t even making my food and alsothey had two strippers come back in there kitchen in the guy back there making the pizzas was very intoxicated with a cigar inhis ear very disgusting and disturbing scene. I will make sure to call corporate and let them know. I will never return somePapa John?s especially the one on Baymeadows. And to mention I didn?t even get my food I had to drive off because of the scenery. Just received my order and everything was perfectly cooked! Just like I ordered. Delivery driver was fast professional and... courteous! My food was hot and fresh. Food ordered and delivered within 40 monutes. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! IT IS AWFUL & CUSTOMER SERVICE IT BY FAR THE WORST IN HISTORY. I was visiting due to the Ga vs Fl... game and we ordered 2 large pizzas at 9:12pm. We didn't get but 1 pizza around 10:52pm. I had been calling the whole time butwas put on hold, So I decided to drive to the location to find out why I did not get my correct order delivered, which was 2large pizzas, how hard could that be??? After asking where was my food no one seem to care to help me. So I asked formanagement and he remade my pizzas since I paid $34 for pizzas I couldn't eat them. The new problem now is the remade pizzascouldn't be eaten because the new order has no sauce on it and the crust was flat. I called back to the store and the managerJason had the worst customer service skills and got smart with me and in so many words called me a liar about the pizza nothaving sauce. At the end of the phone conversation I still did not get a refund nor pizzas that could be eaten. I asked for Corp# and of course he said he would have to go find it in the office and the store closes in 30 minutes so I need to start cleaningup. The food was amazing but the organization and customer service inside is unbearable. No one recognizes you?re up front and when... they do they can?t find orders. The manager needs to address this issue especially if they?re witnessing it. Otherwise the foodwas good. Read more
Always the best experience. I was a long time customer at Pizza Hut, till I decided to try Papa Johns one night. I?ll never go... back!! Never had an order messed up, fast delivery, food always hot, delicious and presentable, the prices are the best!! Called for delivery about 11:15 to be told that their delivery drive was ready to go home an they only had one driver....so... they couldn't take my order... Called back to be to get manager name for shift or morning manager to then be told he could takemy order. Wow Read more
