Usually pretty good, last night was one of the exceptions.....cold melts, and one had cinnamon / sugar sprinkled on it. I... realize people have bad days and make mistakes, but there's no menu option for significant discount for an employees obviousmistake that they decided they would pass on rather than correct. Took over five minutes to be acknowledged when walking into the lobby and stepping to the empty counter. Nobody else inside... when I picked up an online order. Salute to the one lady who was presentable enough to be on the job...she rang me up once shewas able to get away from the pick-up window. This location was working her hard so the other six employees can sit outside andsmokeout near the back door. Just awful. Pizza is mediocre, but the customer service and visible, blatant lack ofprofessionalism here is bottom of the barrel. Read more

They gave me the wrong type pizza I order "White Sause" stressing it 3 times; they gave me Red sause; when I took the pizza ... back they were snappy; and were RUDE. I had to wait another 45 minutes then the pizza was horrible. The manager the older ladyseemed to have a problem correcting " her mistake "she tried to blame the cashier. When proven she made the mistake she didn'tadmit being wrong. And NEVER SAID sorry for my time or anything. Dining room was closed. And they still took A long time. TheStaff spend a lot of time Talking to each other. When they could have really been cleaning some much needed visual areas. Soangry by the time I left. Open the pizza it was actually soupy... Service has become absolutely atrocious. Management is no exception. 9/1/2022 i ordered a large pepperoni pizza and bread... sticks. Simple, common, typical order. I was told 45 minutes. 90 minutes later, a pineapple pizza and cinnamon bread sticksarrive. Naturally i send it back. I wait 45 minutes, call in, and the manager assured me my pizza was coming out of the oven anditd be at my house in 15 minutes. Another hour later, nothing... This has become the norm and what i expect of them. Just callsomewhere else. Read more

These employees are not doing properly and we have had been waiting for someone come out drive through window they all are in... the back they don?t ever pay attention whoever park by the drive through window took us forever what they been up to in theback. General Manager need to fixing your employees doing properly they all are stink employees and manager. I just feel likethey are not obey us is because that we have been waiting for little longer don?t know what they been doing in the back theyneed to have someone else doing this in front by drive through but nope all of them are in back don?t know what they doing inback. Everything was fine except this is the second time I have asked and paid for pineapple on the pizza and for the second time... there's no pineapple.. this is beginning to be a problem. We order from this Pizza Hut at least once a week. When I called toinform them about this I was told that they were out of pineapple. So I basically paid for something they didn't have....andthey were good with charging me for something they didn't have. I think it's time we found another pizza place.???? ExtremelyDisappointed! utterly disgusted and disturbed. Ordered carry out and got home, took a bite out of my boneless wings and the chicken was... COMPLETELY raw. I called the customer service number, as I continued to tear open the rest of the chicken and EVERY piece in thecontainer was extremely undercooked. Spoke to a person named Katie who said she was a manager and I could not speak to anyoneabove her. She ?apologized? for the inconvenience and her idea of fair compensation was only to refund my wings or have me driveall the way back to the restaurant and have them remake them. Now my child is without a meal and I?m getting a $5 refund. Ha.What a joke. This is completely unacceptable on their end. My entire order should have been compensated for this disgusting messup. I wouldn?t be surprised if anyone who eats here ends up with salmonella poisoning. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNINGTO NORMANDY BLVD PIZZA HUT, if even returning to Pizza Hut at all. Please check your kids wings before they take a bite if youorder from this location. UPDATE: spoke with the store manager Brandi who was very apologetic and helpful. She apologized forthe actions of the others who I spoke with and for the quality of the food I received. Received a full refund for my entire mealas well as a credit for another meal. Mistakes happen and clearly someone dropped the ball here as serving raw chicken is aserious health concern, but I?m just happy this could get resolved with the help of management. Read more
