Ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. One hour later and pizzas are delivered with no cheese sticks. (I don't think it's too... much to expect someone to be able to count to three at the very least.) Called the store to get a refund for the item I paid forand did not receive. Then was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I was told I would be refunded in 5 to 10 business days and when Iasked for a confirmation I was told "we don't do that." Facts: Your employees expect to receive a paycheck for coming to work.Your CUSTOMERS who are paying for a product so you can pay your employees expect to actually receive the product they paid for.I said Good Day. Waited 3hrs for no one to show up. Reported to corporate. This is a sloppy sloppy buisness. Don?t place an order from this... location. I have been having issues with this Pizza Hut for months and decided to cut them some slack but I?ve had enough. Basedon this order alone I?ve gotten hung up on by the store itself and I called cooperate to be misgendered multiple times onpurpose after I corrected them. It was an order over $100 it very apparent that this location does not care about customerservice. I had my grandmother sitting for this delivery for no one to show up and knock on the door or call. If I could I would rate my experience tonight as a 0. I had placed an order for delivery. I received my order and it was... incorrect. I called the store several times no one answered so I drove to the establishment. I was told that someone should havecalled me to tell me they were out of thin crust and ranch dressing. So I requested a refund because at this point I had itemsthat were not right or complete with my order. Per the Gm of this location they wouldn?t give a full refund but only 2options-credit for next time or a partial refund for the incorrect items. Tonight reconfirmed why I no longer eat at Pizza Hut.If you do go here I recommend placing your order at the store so they can let you know what items they are out of because youwill not find out if you chose delivery! Personnel was awesome, but my food was a little disappointment. When someone paid for extra that what I want. They rebook my... food, I guess. And it didn't look any different. Extra is extra cheese. I can go the Merrill road pizza hut, and they areawesome when u ask for something and pay extra. I wasn't even going to call and say anything else. Cause I waited for them torebook my food and I am stillnot happy. I shouldn't see any red sauce, and it was suppose to be 1.Meat lover with extra cheeseand black olive 2. Pizza Hut has changed in recent years. Quality appears to be improving and they've transitioned to a smaller restaurant... footprint. But I've noticed something else starting to emerge. Traffic. Lots of orders coming and going, especially so on Fridayand Saturday nights. I don't know if online will improve this. Is this the start of Pizza gridlock? ???? Read more
The food arrived on time which was nice, especially after reading reviews. However, we had a bunch of issues. The pizza was... definitely undercooked and fell apart and the crust was very chewy. The big dinner box was ok. I got one with a marinara baseand it had some sauce, And I got one with a buffalo sauce base and there was absolutely no sauce. Guessing they ran out and saidnothing about it? The marinara that came with the cheese sticks was a quarter filled and was a water consistency. The cinnamonrolls were also over cooked. So, as of today, I am officially done with Pizza Hut. Their service has gone so downhill. I can never get anyone on the phone. I... ordered a simple cheese pizza tonight along with a pasta side. The pasta side was supposed to be Italian meats but for somereason, the phone app had veggie pasta. I tried to call them to get the order corrected, but nobody ever answered the phone.
