I live around the corner from one of their competitors, and pass another one to go to this Pizza Hut. I have never had a bad... pizza from this location. They are always nice and friendly when we go in to pick up our pizza. The Pizza is always made tospecifications and they always have plenty of toppings. They always seem very busy and I guess at times overwhelmed - with thatbeing said they always acknowledge me when I walk in and they always tell me to have a good day and thank me. Read more
Bad location, if you have the option of ordering from another location do it. I understand no one wants to work 10 or 30 minutes before their shift but you close at midnight for a reason and there was no... reason to cancel my order I put it in 15 minutes before you even close it. If you have a closing time what?s the point of it ifyou don?t follow it. Read more

Eh it's okay pizza hut has gone down hill in recent years. It's like the b squad. Can't really compete with Papa John's but... definitely beats little Cesar's but seriously life is short why are we eating fast food pizza in Jax? Go to V pizza and get thereal deal and a beer you'll be so much more satisfied on multiple fronts. Read more
I placed an order 70 minutes ago and was told it would be 50-60 minutes. I called the store and they said it hadn't left the... building yet, they couldn't tell me when the driver would be back to get my order, or how much longer it would be. So I shouldpay full price, plus a tip for an order being 20-30 minutes late? And based on the conversation I just had, I would be lucky ifit was only 20-30 minutes late. That's absolutely terrible customer service, and the reason I haven't ordered from pizza hut inyears. 5 star pizza down the road has never taken longer than 30 minutes and their prices are better. In all honesty theirpizza is higher quality as well, so I can be certain this will be the last time I ever spend money at pizza hut. Edit*** 35minutes later it shows up, so almost an hour late. Completely unacceptable for the prices they are charging. Additionally, it'scold, greasy, and had a bug inside one of the boxes. This place is trash, and I will be calling corporate for a refund as wellas the specific location to inform them that they need to get it together. Regardless, I'm never going to another pizza hut. Quality has gone down! This is the 3rd time I?ve ordered a pizza and had to alter or REMOVE stuff. They obviously don?t read the... details of an online order or just don?t care, every time I say WELL DONE it?s not, so I have to go home and put it in the oven!This time I got more cheese than sauce which is disgusting because instead of enjoying the pizza we?re pulling off loads ofcheese to make it tolerable. This is the 2nd time the green peppers are not chopped they are just chunks which is not appealingat all. And to make it worse it was overly greasy and I mean GREASY HANDS from eating a pizza?!????. After delivering for doordash 11 hours straight at 11pm, my husband was refused the right to use the restroom. With all other... close-by options closed, this left him having to " hold it". This is just wrong. Technically, we pick up for the customers, soat that very moment, we are the customer. The young lady working at this time was also rude and condescending. All restaurantsneed to extend this courtesy to all delivery drivers. What a shame. Read more
