DO NOT buy their tumblers! I bought one and it completely cracked the same day when dropped from waist height. VERY VERY cheaply... made. We go to this location 2-3 times a week and asked for a replacement and Connie the manager said no. Very disappointingservice for a regular customer. Read more

I decided to leave a review once I noticed the comment the owner made. I came in to order the same smoothie I always do. One for... me and a coworker. Green tea matcha. This time it was yellow and very tart. I informed the one staff me ever there at the timethat something seemed off and if she would mind tasting it or maybe an ingredient was missing. She said nothing, took bothsmoothies a threw them in the trash. She started to make new ones and at the register she tried to charge me saying if she hasto make a new one there is a new charge. I became irritated reminding her I didn?t ask her to make a new smoothie just to addthe missing ingredient and instead she trashed it. I grabbed my smoothies and left refusing to pay again. I asked for the ownerto call me in which she did. She was cussing saying that the staff member was her niece and she?s sick of customers like mecoming in wanting to try a new smoothie, not liking it then demanding a different kind and no charge. I reminded her I didn?task for a new kind. I order the same one at least once a week. The owner was so frustrated she continued to cuss and hung up.Anyways, needless to say.
