DO NOT buy their tumblers! I bought one and it completely cracked the same day when dropped from waist height. VERY VERY cheaply... made. We go to this location 2-3 times a week and asked for a replacement and Connie the manager said no. Very disappointingservice for a regular customer. Read more

I decided to leave a review once I noticed the comment the owner made. I came in to order the same smoothie I always do. One for... me and a coworker. Green tea matcha. This time it was yellow and very tart. I informed the one staff me ever there at the timethat something seemed off and if she would mind tasting it or maybe an ingredient was missing. She said nothing, took bothsmoothies a threw them in the trash. She started to make new ones and at the register she tried to charge me saying if she hasto make a new one there is a new charge. I became irritated reminding her I didn?t ask her to make a new smoothie just to addthe missing ingredient and instead she trashed it. I grabbed my smoothies and left refusing to pay again. I asked for the ownerto call me in which she did. She was cussing saying that the staff member was her niece and she?s sick of customers like mecoming in wanting to try a new smoothie, not liking it then demanding a different kind and no charge. I reminded her I didn?task for a new kind. I order the same one at least once a week. The owner was so frustrated she continued to cuss and hung up.Anyways, needless to say. Smoothies are a preferred breakfast when I have the money for it. Todays choice was a new blend and flavor for me. A multi... vitamin with peanut butter and blueberry. I came to this location last night?in my pjs?to quickly get 3 pre ordered smoothies. To my delight by the time I arrived (after... 7pm), the very polite worker was already packaging and labeling the items. As I had left my house i realized we were out ofbananas as my two year old started asking for some and becoming fussy. I did not have enough time to run to the grocery store tograb them and so asked the worker if I could purchase. She did the right thing and contacted her manager to confirm how tocharge for the item, and the manager was ever so kind and gave them to us out of the kindness of their heart! I am currentlypregnant, looked like a hot mess trying to grab these smoothies quickly to get back to my daughter crying for bananas, and nowhad three bananas to take home to her. Thank you to both the manager and the worker for being so polite and kind and just goingthat extra mile. I know it doesn?t seem like much, but it completely made my night and my daughter literally sat there happilyeating all three bananas and slept through the night. Thank you thank you thank you. Overall, great smoothies, and in my opinion the best out of all the major chains! The Last Mango is incredible!! Prices are a... little high, but they fall in line with every other smoothie place so nothing really to complain about. Specifically, thislocation is very clean and the staff is great. Smoothies are consistent and always very fresh!! Read more
The consistency at this location is fantastic. All the staff is very nice and a good smoothie is delivered everytime.
