I use to love this place, but since Pop the older black guy left , it has really gone down hill. Food not good and everytime I... been the last 3 months something is wrong with my order. Tonight the Biscuits was hard as a Rock when I got home. Like they werewarmed over from 2 days ago. I have tried calling them 5 times and no answer. Last time the chicken sandwichs was caked withMayo until bread was soggy, and couldn't taste the chicken. Workers are Rude. I'm done with this location at least. I'm not oneto complain but this has become to much. I'll drive to Bojangles from now own. If Popeyes wants to stay open they better dosomething about new management. Read more

Very rude service. First they didnt have any nuggets ok I ordered tenders. I asked for BBQ sauce. Instead of telling me they... didn't have any they just handed me the bag. I go inside to ask for BBQ sauce, the lady just looks at me, ignores my request andwalks away. I ask again. 3 employees upfront all ignore me. I ask if they had it. One employee with a nasty attitude says "Wedon't have it up front" so does that mean you have it in the back? Why cant you go get it. They just ignored me again. Walkedout no BBQ Sauce. Lady in the drive thru was SUPER SWEET ... She is the only reason I'm giving this place any stars at all!! If it wasn't for her... it would be one star! They are always out of everything! My hubby picked up a family meal with the fixings because we had company. When I liked at the mac & cheese I was HOT! It looked... like it came from the bottom of a burnt pan. I took it back. The cashier apologized but when sheen open other prefilledcontainers it was the same. The manager came asked what was going on and did NOTHING! No apology nothing for the inconvenience.I stopped going there pre covid because of the quality of the food & service. I'd rather pickup something from the deli at agrocery store. Sitting in the drive thru at 9:35 - 9:39pm on 7/6/22. No answer on intercom at the drive thru menu, pulled up to the window. Sat... there for 3-4 minutes making eye contact with a group of employees talking. One young lady finally had the courage to do her joband asked how can she help me. I said I would like to place my order and asked for the 11.99 two can dine. She said they had nomore food at all. She said they threw it all away. I just thought the owner of this establishment might want to be aware of allthe lost revenue. Going to restaurants like this I don?t expect even the bare minimum for service so I?m not complaining aboutthe horrible customer service I received. I just know if I was a business owner I would fire everyone on that shift and work itmyself if my restaurant closed 30 minutes early and threw away all the food that could have been sold. I was pleasantly surprised at how sweet the staff was yesterday, I mean wow and not just one staff member, but every person I... encountered was pleasant, professional, and accommodating.
