I reached there 9:00 today a asked for a family meal 12 piece they guy on window he said it need 30 min i said ok then he said... drive to to window to pay he said i don?t have any chicken i said u just told me 30 min wait .. he said i was talking to someoneelse ,i drove 15 min to eat Popeyes. I ordered 8 pieces of the Classic Chicken. When I arrived at the drive through window the drive through cashier stated ?$21.00.?... I reminded her that I only ordered 8 pieces of chicken only. I told her that I didn?t want any biscuits nor side items, chickenonly. She replied ?21.00.? I told her ?No way? and drove off. Every time I come here it seems they?re out of everything and if you get more than two meals expect to wait around 30min. The... one on Merrill is faster and the people are much nicer just go the extra 2 miles if u prefer decent people and speedy service. Read more

Horrible experience; staff seem incompetent, incoherent, inarticulate and uncaring. They got the order wrong which is excusable... but subsequent rudeness is not. Then while correcting my order they managed to switch it with another customer. Didn?t give me areceipt, so pretty sure they overcharged me. Read more

Incredibly rude, combative, slow, incapable of getting an order correct, and not willing to give a receipt or read back what you... ordered so that you can make sure they even charged you for the right thing. No sauces if you go through drive thru. Overallvery shady and unpleasant. Fries had the quality I'd expect if I picked up week old fries off the floor after accidentallystepping on them. Pretty sure the rice must've been dropped in a muddy pond, partially strained, and then haphazardly thrown ina half-closed container. The food was ok but the woman in drive through and the lady in the front had an attitude when I asked them for a receipt. I'm... like you don't give me a receipt nor did you tell me my total. Just got home from going through the drive-through. Chica taking orders was literally the rudest person I?ve encountered since... moving here a year ago, service industry or otherwise. Then I get my food and it was as if I had already been driving with itfor a half hour?with the windows down?and the bag open?and the bags been hangin out the window the whole time. I figure whateverI?ll toss it in the oven, effectively defeating the entire purpose of picking up dinner someone else cooked but hey?but there?sno napkins l, no ketchup, no receipt?and upon asking for these things I was met with even more rudeness and told I couldn?t havethe receipt because they ?don?t give out receipts.? The food is always fresh. I get myself the 8 piece nuggets & my side is their baked macaroni & cheese ( 2nd best to homemade I... love it). My grandson likes the spicy chicken sandwich & either the fries or mashed potatoes & gravy. The biscuits are soft witha honey glazed top. Melts in your mouth. So far all the staff are wonderful.
