Julia was the best server, the food was beyond ???? expectations, the Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever had. The fish... cooked perfectly and everything was delicious. Management stop by to check on things, friendly and nice people in there. Therestaurant was clean, the bathrooms for clean, and it had great décor. I don't know what else you could ask for from arestaurant, great staff, great cooks, prices were reasonable, and the food was great! Read more

We had a great experience at Red Lobster. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The biscuits, shrimp Rangoon, and mozzarella... stick appetizers were uber yummy. I had the rainbow trout which was cooked to perfection. What really made this a five starexperience was our server, Millie. She was really hustling, very attentive to her customers, and made our night. I have workedin this industry and she made this a five star experience. Read more

This was the place my 82 year old Mom loved to go for lunch. We were there a few months ago- service and food were good but only... had plastic utensils. Odd but ok. Today was Mom’s first time out after being in hospital and recuperating for over a month.Upon entering we were told 25 minute wait- another couple was also sitting, waiting on the hard wooden benches. I could see theplace was 90% empty- 2 servers working. What I could not understand is why we-plus the other older couple had to sit on woodenbenches instead of being seated at a booth with a cushion for comfort. Once seated the waitress was prompt- we ordered. Ourappetizer came- asked her again about biscuits as had none. When those came- they were NOT the ones they have had for years.These were like eating flat dough with zero flavor. We each had a half and were done. I understand our server was very busy dueto staff shortage- not her fault so I blame the management whom was never seen. The music was way too loud and no one knew howto turn it down- no plates were ever removed from our table and after waiting quite awhile to have our checked cashed out wemade our way to the front desk. Where we had to wait for the Hostess to get our waitress and bring her to take care of it.Meanwhile many more were sitting on the benches- waiting for one of the at least 30 empty tables/booths. The staff was polite-our waitress was clearly doing her best under the stress she was still polite. Food was disappointing. My dish was missingthings- biscuits awful. Its a shame- but Mom and I will not be returning here after years of enjoying it. Read more

Hubby and I went here for a Saturday lunch and was hesitant as the place was empty inside, but our lunch ended up being a great... one. Our server, Chris, who was filling in as the manager stepped up and ended up running the show, due to being understaffed. Chris went above and beyond making sure our food was up to our standard and with a smile. Chris was a true professional underpressure. Looking forward to another visit. Read more

SUCH A REFRESHING RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE!!! ???? We had an awesome server, the restaurant was nice & calm, and the food was... really good. Our server was very attentive, polite & comforting to my kids. On top off all that, it was located in an area wherewe could get plenty of shopping done with a nice variety of stores & shops.
