Came in to sit and wait for my pizza. While waiting all I?m listening to is the blonde headed pizza maker complain about stuff,... yell at employee cause she needed sauce. There was only myself and another person waiting for a pick up order. Two medium sizetables were being used. A family came in and tried to put two tables together and this mean blonde headed pizza maker told thefamily they have to move different tables together to not block walk way???????????..I then counted all the tables..13 tables intotal..only two being occupied and rudely address new customers about how to move two freaking tables together. My thought isthis place is dead there?s other walk ways. Why not accommodate your customers!!!! If I was that family I would have got up andleft!!! Now on to the pizza..let?s just say I had to finish the pizza in my air fryer cause it was under cooked. Definitelywon?t ever visit this place again Read more

Tonight our pizza was awful, we have been coming to this Renna's Pizza since it first opened, over 30 years. I doubt we will be... back. What you see in the picture is a slice of our LARGE pizza. The crust was thick all the way across, not floppy like a NewYork pizza should be. Forget about stretchy cheese, and saucy pizza nothing moved on the top of this pizza! So disappointing, ithas been going down hill for years, we are finally ready to accept it no longer serves New York style pizza ???? Read more

The perfect words to describe Renna's would be delicious and consistent. The pizza here is always great. I usually call ahead... for pickup, because if not the wait is usually between 20-30 mins. The pizza is also pretty reasonably priced. This isdefinitely one of my favorite pizza places in Jax! Read more
