Got two smoothies and they tasted like salt was used instead of sugar. I called the store and was told there?s nothing that can... be done and there is no store manager. It?s a very clean organized establishment, they have an employee that really stood out to me with his service. He had a necklace... with a cross on it he is the type of employee you?d love to have for your business. He was extremely respectful, professionaland well mannered the entire interaction. Even when he wasn?t helping a client he was still professional and wasn?t on his phoneor using profanity with other coworkers. As a business owner I notice these details at establishments and wanted to take amoment to let the franchise owner know he has a winner with him. Read more

My daughter and I went to get a smoothie today, I think it?s my second time here. I?m not very impressed with the Gladiator... coffee (espresso). It taste a little like soap but I think it could be the protein that was used I guess. My daughter got a Lilangel smoothie and hers was very good( strawberries and bananas). I need to try this place again some other time and see if itwas just the protein or something else. Read more
I feel like Smoothie King makes the best strawberry smoothie. As far as customer service, there's a few staff members that act... like they hate the job. Today we ordered 40oz smoothies, two were filled to the top. One was about 2 inches from the top. Myhubby asked the lady to fill it up like the others, cause they throw the remaining down the drain. That in it's self bothers me.The young lady said something to a seemingly seasoned staff member and she said, well it's a 44oz cup and 40 oz smoothie. Makesno sense to me! Please the customer!!!! I don?t purchase smoothies too often mainly because I can make them at home for a fraction of the cost and I know exactly what... I?m putting in to my smoothies, but today I decided to go to smoothie king. I went mainly for convenience. I wanted somethingquick which didn?t require me to clean up after creating. I got the mango fest which in hindsight had a far amount of carbs. Iprobably should have opted for more of a greener smoothie, but regardless it was pretty tasty. I didn?t try any additionalsupplements, but if you wanted an added boost to your smoothie there are a ton of options. Read more
My fiancé and I love smoothie king but this location has messed up our order a few times too many for us to ignore. My fiancé... is very allergic to bananas and every single time we make sure to tell them that because it?s so commonly used. Today they gavehim a smoothie with bananas in it, even after we requested PB instead bc of his allergy. He instantly started having an itchythroat, getting hives, and could feel an allergic reaction. Luckily, he only took one sip because anything else could havekilled him. The girl at the desk said she didn?t put banana it in, which would only mean they?re not cleaning the machinesproperly.
