It feels strange giving a staple of our area such a low score, but I feel like this business is simply no longer viable. I came... here today and the service took significantly longer than actual dine in options, the food is not cooked well (see photos, it'smostly breading and could break your teeth) - it's frankly a waste of time and money. I never write reviews because I have worked in the fast food industry and I know what it?s like. But the food I got today was... absolutely awful! My family and I bought popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks and a cookie dough blast. All of it was disgusting!We could only eat a couple bites and had to spit it out. What a waste of my money and food. I thought this sonic was going to begood because it has almost 4 stars, but no. The popcorn chicken tasted like it had been out all day, it was dry and hard. Themozzarella sticks were cold, I don?t think they were cooked all the way, or they were out all day. Then the cookie dough blasttasted freezer burnt and the cookie dough tasted very strange. I feel sick after eating that ?food?. I will never be eating hereagain. And I know the workers are probably just kids so it?s not completely their fault. It?s the managers that need to step itup and do their jobs! If what happened to me today keeps repeating itself, then those almost 4 stars are going to go down veryquickly. Read more
Service is beyond horrible. The crew they have working there is beyond useless. We have tried to go there 3 times in the last... months. Waited 20 minutes each time to not even have our order taken. Last week we tired to go there for simple ice cream.Waited 20 minutes at the ordering screen. Moved to a new parking slot. Press the button again. The person that came across themic said ?we will be with you in a couple of minutes?. I responded with ?we have been waithng here for 20 minutes?. Sheresponded with ?well we are busy, don?t know what to tell you.? Definitely one of the slowest Sonics around. Waitedin drive thru for five minutes after being told one moment, never got back to... us. Then another five at a stall after the same thing. Then finally rung back in and seven minutes to get two shakes. Duringthat wait see multiple people show up and get stuff. Definitely felt forgotten. The churro shakes are awesome though. Read more
Burger was alright even though I ordered and paid for a double and got a single, but the tots were cold and not even cooked... well. The burger was also pretty cold so I?d have to say, stay away. Very disappointing considering I?ve had better fromsonic. This location in fruit cove, not good. Wow, I just read all of the other (recent) reviews and realized this particularfranchisee is awful. Popcorn chicken and tots were clearly fried hours before filling our order with them. Tasted like old fry oil too. Very... disappointing. Never again! Read more
The young teenagers/young adults working are rude and careless, they really need to look at the food and ask themselves if they... would eat what they serve, the food is sloppy and just thrown together, the lettuce I received on my burger was brown andobviously going bad, I asked for onions on my burger and I literally got like two little pieces, the cheese sticks was cold, wedidn?t get silverware this time or last time, the last time we went a few months ago our order was wrong, we pressed the buttonto tell them about the mistake nobody ever answered so we left. I would leave it at zero stars if it were allowed...I realize this is just food and it's probably not a big deal to most. I will... preface it by saying that I understand mistakes happen and no one is perfect. However, after experiencing multiple issues withour last few orders at this location, it definitely seems like a systemic issue rather than a fluke. Furthermore, whenaddressing the errors with the employees and even management, it's rather disappointing to have been met with hostility inresponse to a request to correct the errors. I don't necessarily need to know how the errors happened per say, but as aprofessional courtesy it should be rectified without exuding any attitude! It's just a shame that many complaints seem to havefallen on deaf ears and patrons are left feeling frustrated with out resolution. It doesn't make sense to continually patronizean establishment that clearly does not care to invest the time or energy in training their employees and managementappropriately. P.S... this isn't an attempt to obtain free product. This should be a teaching opportunity to improve your levelof service to your patrons. Do better, Sonic. Read more
