We eat here pretty regular after church. My french fries were cold, waitress brought me another order. Food is always good.... We've had the same waitress the last two Sundays, very good at what she does. The place is very noisy hard to haveconversations. This has a lot to do with after church crowd of which we are part of. The wait was terrible, food even worse. The water that was ordered tasted like it was taken straight from the tap. The corn that... was ordered smelled spoiled which had to be taken back. I ordered from the drive-thru a 1/4 chicken lunch with baked beans and fries and two slices of Garlic Bread on 10/04/2022. I... should have checked inside the bag. When I got home the chicken sizes were so small. The baked beans were great as were theFries and Garlic bread after I toasted the bread a little more at home. My team and I eat here every Friday. We love the food, I would like to suggest fixing the online ordering system. I set a... scheduled time for pickup, arrive at that time, only to wait 20-30 minutes. If I select make ASAP, ready in 10 minutes, arriveat that time, wait again. I was greeted by Brittany at the counter. She was super sweet and polite and read the order back to me. Only problem with this... visit was they were extremely busy and I was told ticket times were 30 min when really it was an hour. We came back twice andthe food wasn't ready Jen greeted us when we tried to pick up the second time and was super sweet and accommodated our needs andBrittany gave us drinks. Jen went Above and beyond to make us happy. Ermin put the Togo order together. I was sad they didn'thave onion straws but everything was amazingly accurate and he gave us exactly the amount of sauces we asked for and more. Hewas super nice and was sincerely sorry about the wait time. Everyone was super apologetic and treated people the way I treatthem where I work. It was nice. Thanks guys!
