I can't remember our cashier's name but he was amazing....
The last 2 times I've been there, they forgot to add my pumps of peppermint in my tea. It would be nice to know what they are... out of so I would not have to waste time in a long line just find out there out and noway to get out of line to leave. Read more
this places has some of most excellent workers, but seem to be run by a manager who forces a standard on them she, herself,... cannot complete. ive heard her give some of the most backhanded criticism i think ive ever heard. the workers look tired and outof breath, even during the slower moments. you can even hear some of the things she says to the workers in the back if youre inline, she isnt very gentle about it at all. overall, i would love to keep coming here but it pains me to see such hardworkingand kind people be brought down so heavily, like their work isnt appreciated. i hope something is done about this, and soon.
