I can't remember our cashier's name but he was amazing....
The last 2 times I've been there, they forgot to add my pumps of peppermint in my tea. It would be nice to know what they are... out of so I would not have to waste time in a long line just find out there out and noway to get out of line to leave. Read more
this places has some of most excellent workers, but seem to be run by a manager who forces a standard on them she, herself,... cannot complete. ive heard her give some of the most backhanded criticism i think ive ever heard. the workers look tired and outof breath, even during the slower moments. you can even hear some of the things she says to the workers in the back if youre inline, she isnt very gentle about it at all. overall, i would love to keep coming here but it pains me to see such hardworkingand kind people be brought down so heavily, like their work isnt appreciated. i hope something is done about this, and soon. I always order delivery it?s a hit and miss everytime, today I received an inconsummable frappucino (this is at least the fifth... time) melted, missing all add ons, no whip cream, hard to even take one sip, but whenever my parents go in person they getperfect drinks, the delivery must not be focused on? Idk the issue but I?d avoid ordering here unless I?m going to pick it up atthe window! I end up having to order from riverside which does absolutely amazing never once had a bad coffee from! Starbucks always has the best coffee. This location isn't super busy either. Drive thru tends to be several cars deep but it... goes quick and the inside is typically empty. Read more
I found the fly in my drink. I saw something black, so I had to spill some out to see it more clear and I did. So disappointed.
This Starbucks is located in the same shopping center as Walmart. I take my friends here when I am shopping at Walmart as often... as possible I look forward to my birthday surprises at Starbucks each year. Read more
