I got a mobile order, when I came in a waited like 5 min. (I ordered pretty much before coming in) they were extremely busy.... There were about 6-7 people working, but SABRINA was hustling. While one person was making one drink, she would make three. Iwas amazed at her. Read more
Came in today during lunch time and ordered 5 different drinks. The staff was busy but didn?t get huffy about me adding 5 drinks... to the list. They made them in a timely manner and then apologized for the delay. It was not a delay, I was inside for maybe 6-8minutes which is not bad for 5 drinks. Very efficient !!! Read more
What can you say that already hasn?t been said about a Starbucks? I vanilla latte was the same as usual and the service was... fast. Getting into and out of this particular store can be difficult though. Overall, same excellent service and product. Read more
I come to Jax every other week and while here on the trip this time, I have tried several Starbucks as well as other... cafés/restaurants to relax, eat and do some work during the day. This location is the only one I have come back to more thanonce, and in fact, as of today it?s my third time. This shows you the level of satisfaction I received here. The reasons I havecontinued to come back is simple, the service, professionalism and overall quality of the people in this location. I can get acoffee and snack anywhere, but you want to feel respected and relaxed if you are to give your money to a place. I am going tohave to single out one barista, Cameron. I am a simple latte or black coffee drinker and never went for any of the fancy stuff.But on the first day I was here, I told Cameron I needed something to help give me a boost of energy. She asked me somequestions and then she created something that was amazing!! Two days later and I am assuming a hundred+ customers later I cameback in and she not only remembered my name but also remembers exactly what that fancy drink was. From my experience, this levelof customer service and professionalism is not normally a learned trait but an internal quality that people either have ordon?t. So disappointed. Sit in line for 10 minutes, car front of me gets their order in drive-through. I'm told, "I'm sorry we're... closed." It's 7:01 they closed at 7. The website says they're open till 8:30. There was literally one more car behind me andmyself. I guess when you sell $7 coffee, you can just turn business away. Oh ya. Staff is friendly but I believe this location is mismanaged. They are always always always out of something. The most annoying... one is cold brew, when will you fix your machine!
