The first time I ate here was on 7-17-2022.The burger was great!! however,I was charged and I didn't get what I paid for. I... went back on 7-19 I ordered a steak burger with bacon,and for the second time. Didn't get it and the burger was cold fries wascold and hard. Now I was told that they was short staff. I was surprised this location was so quiet as the service and food was exactly as expected. Now things have changed since last I... remember, I don?t think I have done the kiosk. But it was quick and easy, the only problem this leaves is there is no one toassist in the dining area. But at this location I had no problem asking or waving someone down from the back. They were veryfriendly and quick to get you whatever you needed. The store was clean and everything looked well maintained. I got the cupchili with extra cheese and onions and they did a good job loading it up, I enjoyed the taste. My sister got a triplecheeseburger with fries, she said a bit ago they changed the size of their patties but the taste was there. I also liked thelook of her fries so much I stole a few and was very happy with my fry thievery. I would definitely come back, maybe even thistrip for more chili! Read more
They've redesigned the dining room so you order at the kiosk and get your own food and drink and take it to the table... like... McDonald's. Don't forget to bus your table when you're finished! You can only choose what is on the kiosk, like, if it doesn'thave the option to "add lettuce", you aren't getting any. I had chosen "no lettuce", on mine, but got it anyway, so i gave itto my daughter in law, who couldn't have any on her burger. The prices have gone up. There were no regular menus, just akiosk, so you'd better know what you want, or you're going to hold up the line. (Assuming there was one. The place was deadempty when we went. No lines, no other customers the whole time we were there.) Being able to peruse a menu prior to placingthe order, would have been lovely. We used to eat here, BC (Before COVID), and it was a fun time, and the food wasn't bad, andwe could afford it more. Now, you do half the work, for more money, and the food quality just doesn't seem the same. Even thequantity of fries wasn't the same. It was like what TWO portions used to be, is now split into three orders. We used to go herebecause it WASN'T LIKE McDonald's. So meh... it ain't gonna kill ya', but it might not fill ya', either. Dine-in experience, ONEstar. Food, three stars, but only because the onions aren't rehydrated, dehydrated flakes. That would push it to a solidtwo. Would I go back? Hamburgers are good. Can?t understand why they stopped sales of corn dogs and chicken. Won?t be back my kids only liked corn... dogs and chicken. You also have to order your food on a machine and pick up your own food. They ask for a tip on the machine,for what cooking!!!! Read more
They've replaced service with digital kiosks, so when our burgers came out incorrectly made and missing ingredients we had to go... into the kitchen to get the staff's attention to fix them. Additionally, burgers were mediocre and dry, far worse than othersteak and shakes I've visited, and service was very slow despite the restaurant having few to no other customers. Only redeemingquality were shakes which, while they came out far later than our meal, were pretty good. Too thick to use the paper straw theygave us, however, so we used the straw as a spoon.
