We have the best experience at Subway with Manager Robert and Shy. We took our class to the movies and we wanted to grab a... quick bite at Subway. We had not made prior arrangements with Subway; however, they were so patient and accommodating with ourgroup of kids. I ordered online and everything that came with the order wasn't on the sandwich. Lettuce tomato Et cetera. My sandwich was... literally mayonnaise and meat.. Got steak and cheese protein bowl. The bowl was normal great Subway quality. The bowl artist was pleasant and professional.... Store in a good location and attractive. The store loses points for not having unsweetened tea and not having large plasticcarry-out bags to take my food out. They did give me a small sandwich bag, which was too small for a bowl. Read more
Ordered lunch today from work for delivery as I cannot leave, only to find hair in my food. Attempted to call the location... multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. So, I called corporate and they only take digital complaints. WTH!No way to go to the store. So no lunch today. Read more

I'm a physician at OPMC and First things first... Que, Makayla and Iris were phenomenal with their customer service. Our subs... were fixed perfectly and the overall experience was a positive and friendly one. It's rare to run across that type of serviceand friendly personalities nowadays. They're a great team and definitely restored my faith in this location because I've hadsome not so great experiences in that store with other people. Stay awesome guys! Read more
