Thought I would see if the new menu was any good. Sandwich was nondescript, soup was way overcooked. They put these giant decals... on the glass cases so you can't really see the food. The toaster didn't work, so couldn't get my sandwich toasted.. Idon't thinkI will be going back to this place. Read more

My sister was like, let's go to subway but I was hesitant to go due to my past experiences with a subway. We went and dined in... and had a meatball 6 inch sub and a cold cut sub. I was nearby when I was starting to feel a bit hungry. As such, I had decided that this place might be a great place to stop by.... I was impressed with how fresh the ingredients were and how many options there actually were. The employee was very kind andwaited patiently as I was looking through the ingredients and thinking on what I had actually wanted. The food was then made andtasted absolutely wonderful. Read more

If you have previously had bad services, experiences, and product from this location, you're not alone. For the past couple... years I regretted visiting here often. But I live down the street. I went in and they've gotten rid of those girls that did notmake great subs, and replaced them with these guys that are all around great, and the food was fresh. The location on Beaver Rd is fantastic and worthy of 5 stars. They were fully stocked and the employees are friendly and... personable. However both locations on Normandy Blvd don't deserve any stars. The one in the BP is ALWAYS closed and the otherdidn't have any toppings for the sandwiches. So my advice would be choose your location carefully... sad I had to go to 3different locations before I found one that was not only open,but had everything.... ???? Read more

I went on the subway app today and placed an order for 7 foot long subs. Picked them up and brought them home. There were 2 that... I had selected the avocado to add, 3 had added bacon, and one was double meat and double cheese. The ones with the ?addedbacon? had maybe 1-2 slivers of bacon, which I paid an extra $1.50 each sub for (they were all foot long subs) The ones with?avocado? selected, that I also paid $1.50 each sub for, had guacamole instead. Both options were on the app, we didn?t selectguacamole, we selected avocado. The steak and cheese was supposed to be double meat and double cheese, which I paid an extra$2.50 for. When I called this location, the manager (or whomever it was) basically said I was lying about it, saying he wouldcheck on it and call me back. He called me back and told me he went through the video tapes and shows that bacon was put on thesubs, and that it?s not his fault that the options for both were on there but he only has guacamole and it?s not his problem.But he did see that they didn?t add the double meat and cheese. He then proceeded to tell me that it was ?only $2.50 for themeat and cheese not added?. When I asked him if he was going to refund my money or remake the sub, he repeated that it was only$2.50. It was as if he wanted me to write it off and move on. I told him it?s my money and I paid for the extra, so I eitherwanted the subs remade or a refund for what wasn?t added. He said he wasn?t going to do anything about the bacon or guacamole,but he would give me the $2.50 back because he wasn?t going to remake a sub or anything else. I?m really upset about the waythis was handled. I know it doesn?t sound like much, but when I make an order, I expect it to be right, or fixed. He didn?t seemto want to do either until I insisted that he do something.
