Absolutely horrible. No A/C food looked like it went bad two days before. Two employees were fighting about bread being done,... ignoring everyone in line to keep arguing. And the owner begging them on and cussing in front of the customers and kids. So wejust walked out. Read more
They were short staffed & 1 guy was being trained but the atmosphere here was good & the manager was nice & helpful. The coupons... were still in date but cash register wasn't co-operative but the manager helped with a smile. I've been to this location twice in the last few months and had excellent service both times, from completely different... employees each time. The food was prepared well and fresh. They pulled a fresh roast beef for my sandwich when noticing thestuff on the line was looking tired. I didn't even ask and I wouldn't have complained about getting the roast beef that wasthere. The fact they did that meant a lot. The attention to detail was there and appreciated. This is my go to Subway now. Read more
Holy cow this was a nightmare experience. I normally love subway and I'm sure this is an outlier in experiences ill have with... them. I ordered a tuna melt, and got back a sandwich where half of it was completely upside down, and it was a huge mess to eat.The employee who made it didn't seem to have much consideration about what he was doing and honestly I should have complainedmore but, I didn't know the damage till it was too late. Bravo Subway on Normandy!! Awesome job! My husband ordered through Door Dash. He ordered a Cheesesteak and a Turkey Cali. The... Turkey Cali is now my new favorite.
