I ordered a foot long sandwich and asked to have the half wrapped separately so I can easily eat it as my job requires extensive... driving and this makes it safer and easier. And I was charged for 2 six inch subs. There were not customizations between thehalves, I did not ask them to use anything more than an extra paper to wrap the sandwich. Read more

I would give this a - 5 stars if i could, early morning employee is rude and has a bad attitude, always opening late, the... schedule says that is open at 6am is the third time that i come here and 6:20 the lady is really rude and just says with a badattitude "we aint open yet" and thats it no im sorry, no give me a couple minutes, nothing, she just expects you to leave, willnot recomend, i will not be back Read more

Food was not properly placed in the bag. My sandwich which was a footlong looked as if it was cut in half and was placed in two... separate bags but the condiments were not even in the wrap it was spilling on the side of my bag. It wasn't the best but thefood was still delicious after I had to put my entire sandwich back together. Read more

Their ?system is down?; They are ?Out of ingredients?; or they ?do not have enough employees to do business?- The last excuse is... incredibly insulting to hear from an employee who you are apparently paying just to stand there and tell people you can?t makesandwiches. I would think they would instead, turn the open sign off, clock out, and go home if they aren?t willing to do thejob, as other Subways can and DO operate with one employee quite often. I have tried to order here 6 times in the past year, andevery time they have been unable to serve me & other customers, and consistently present excuses that have fairly straightforward solutions, which you would expect to be addressed, and an effort made to prevent them going forward. I have leftfeedback on the Subway app, but the app says that their customer feedback submissions are no longer being monitored or reviewed. Read more

Worst Subway in Jacksonville. Can't keep good employees for some reason. I stopped eating there for months because they were... always out of food or closed during my lunch break. Noone wears a mask while making your food. Store says it's not mandatory. Read more
