The last several months or more, the 103rd Taco Bell staff has been amazingly friendly, thorough, committed to accurate and... fresh orders from the speaker to the window. For years, ordering from any location would be hit or miss. This location, inparticular, we tried to avoid for several years, as we felt like we were a burden to the staff, the management or atmosphereseemed miserable and rarely, were our orders correct, much less, fresh. Whatever this team is doing, keep it up! Find and sharethe value you find in eachother and your customers.... even on what might be a bad day at the store, it shows in your servicethat you still care. Compared to visits to the local Normandy blvd and those stores we've patronized while traveling elsewhere,103rd takes the top spot. Hope the management, owners and corporate are aware of this team, the difficult customers and fastpace needed. These employees need to be recognized and rewarded with the pay they deserve. Read more
Saw the previous reviews and decided to give this location a chance over the Blanding Blvd location because of the bad history... of customer service there. I wanted Taco Bell like anyone else on a Saturday night. Went through the drive thru and wasinstantly greeted by the nicest drive thru attendant. She took my order and asked me if everything looked correct which was niceto confirm your order. I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos and a large Baja Blast. The food was paid for and ready within 3minutes! Honestly the fastest I had ever been through a Taco Bell drive thru. When I got home the food was hot and correct. Ihad even asked for some extra Diablo sauce and the attendant put it in there no questions asked. Food came out delicious andexactly what I wanted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I stopped by for a quick bite, and the person taking my order changed it to something... else. When I explained the issue to one of the workers she did absolutely nothing but stare at me. Then the original order takerproceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. The workers Then proceeded to ignore me for about 5 minutes. The managerfinally came back and asked what was wrong, and got it settled fairly quickly. The issue I have is with the training of the crewmembers lacking customer service skills. I mean I know working in the fast food industry is not the greatest, but at least havea little concern and respect for your customers. It's not like I was some crazy person asking for free food. I brought back theitems made wrong and asked to simply get what I originally ordered. Seems simple to fix. NOT for this crew of workers. I willnot be returning anytime soon. Read more
This is the best Taco Bell ever. Idk what the other reviews are going on about. They are always fast and the food is always... fresh. I place large mobile orders late at night fairly often and they always have it fast, fresh, and correct. I?ll be sad theday I leave the area and have to go to a different location. Read more
I am a Taco Bell lover! I eat Taco Bell at least twice a week. But this location!!!! IS HORRIBLE!!! I'm giving this location and my overall experience.... A two. And that's being generous. The cashier was superb and willing to... help, translated the menu, educated us on which combos are coming back, built an amazing natural rapport with us customers. Thebagger/caterer for the drive thru , amazing customer service. Beautiful ambience, well-kept. I love Taco Bell!! Hands down. Idont ever give a bad review. But what is this? I convinced my husband for my family and I to eat Taco Bell for dinner as it ismy favorite fast food spot and this one just so happened to be around the corner from where we live..... almost 25$ for 12 tacos ? seems slightly absurd ? but regardless they tasted good? something is wrong with the drink machine... here . the pepsi/soda is always flat and if you order a strawberry lemonade? you get water and strawberry syrup . skip thedrinks . they are honestly undrinkable.. Read more
