Regularly closes earlier than advertised, leaving me out time and gas. I work 9pm-6am and this Taco Bell is the only restaurant... open during my 1:30-2:00 lunch break. Waste of time and gas to pull through here only for them to tell me they're closed. Thishas happened probably half a dozen to a dozen times since April when I started working nearby. It is also not uncommon for themto say that grilled and fried menu items are unavailable If you are looking for late night food in this area don't waste yourtime at this Taco Bell. Try Mr. Snappers instead, the food is good and the service is great. Read more

Customer service at this Toco Bell is great. A young lady named Wandella always has a big smile on her face and has a very... pleasant personality. I give this Toco Bell 5 stars for that alone but I also love my Chalupa Supremes ???? Read more

I saw many cars in the drive-thru and saw someone coming out of the lobby so I parked and walked in. I saw a kiosk and began to... place an order. During the time I was placing my order, a Grub Hub or Dasher came in and they asked him if he was a deliverydriver, to which he responded "yes" and they directed him to the pick-up area. It was at this point that someone noticed me andyelled out "Lobby is closed." and they repeated it "Lobby is closed." I turned around and said, I just placed an order on thekiosk. The associate yelled "Lobby is closed except for Door Dash or Grub Hub" (I can't remember which he said). I repeated "Ijust placed an order on the Kiosk, to which he replied "sorry, go to drive thru>" At this point I left and told them I workedfor the Yum franchise system. Some manager followed me out to say she would take care of me and when I started to tell her Iwork in the restaurant industry and have been with Yum! my entire career, she closed the door and walked away. Disgusted. Myorder, at the kiosk, is no different from the Grub Hub guy walking into pick up an order. It is idiotic behavior like this thatis holding us back as a brand. Do not discriminate. First they told me I couldn't order my taco pack the way that I wanted. I said I'd pay full price in order to tacos the way that... I did want them. Then they still made it the price of the party pack. But then you didn't give me any kind of sauce. No excusesfor something this simple my again very disappointed Read more

Why is it that every time I give y?all another chance, y?all let me down. My food is always cold and soggy. Not once, not twice,... but always! Y?all should be shutdown fr. Who is the manager? Goodness. Do y?all even care? Probably not. Do not eat here if youlike good Taco Bell tacos. Read more

This has to be dirtiest Taco Bell I have visited in a long time. Customer service was non-existent. Half the staff was too... focused on cleaning the second food line and were not helping with taking care of customers standing inside the restaurantwatching them clean begind the counter. Some even made time to check their phones all while we were wating on our food and toplace orders. Oh and the forgot that the dining room was still open and that perhaps we should clean out there too. The photosspeak for themselves. Read more
