I was supposed to receive sausage crunch wraps. They were some horribly made steak wrap, with a few potatoe pieces, no cheese,... barely any egg and no hashbrowns. Read more

I would give this Taco Bell 0 stars if I could and I literally never take the time out of my day to leave a bad review but I... have just been so consistently disappointed that I feel I have no choice. I always order on Doordash and it is almost messed upevery single time. Something is always missing. Literally. Every. Single. Time. Also they never answer the phone when you calland if they do, they?re seriously so foul. Read more

They wouldn't let me add a side of sour cream as I was paying. I could understand someone trying to add things other than simple... sour cream. They do get my food right 1st time most of the time. Read more

Love that got speedy service. The morning manager is a very nice young lady. She made sure that she had my correct order, and... greeted me with smile in the driver-thru. I will be visiting again soon. Read more

Placed a mobile order. When I reached the drive-thru I was aksed to come inside. The layout of the drive-thru prevents driving... around so I had to wait for the vehicles in front of me to complete their orders. Normally no big deal, today it was 17 minutesto get to the window. At the window I asked "why do I have to come inside. Its unsafe and I have a car full of kids." The clerkreplied, "we backed up, can't see your order." I knew a intellectual conversation was out of the question so I drove around, parked, and walked in. I left the kids in the car as I didn't want to expose them to what I would see inside the store. Thestore itself was in shambles; discarded rappers, aprons, and scraps of food littered the tables and floors, definitely anunclean amd unsafe environment. As I walked in the clerk yelled across the way, "is that order for Brian?" I replied, "Yes can Ihave it please." "We haven't made it yet we're making it now," replied the clerk. I asked, "why did I have to come inside?" Shereplied, "The mobile apps don't work unless you walk in." I know this is a fallacy; I've used the mobile app multiple times fordrive-thru only. It was nearly a surreal experience as four other customers were there, aslo waiting for their food. A fithcustomer walked in, they had forgotten three of his items. The three ladies in the back were frantic and argued as orders weremissing items and food was made wrong. A fourth employee, he appeared to be a manager or corporate representative as he had ablue collared shirt, walked around and looked intently at his phone, not really helping but just kind of being there. Another 12minutes had passed I finally received my food I inspected my food and saw the items I ordered were there and I asked for areceipt so I can complete an online survey. I was told " it's a mobile order they don't get receipts." Another lie as in thepast I've received receipts. When I asked for hot sauce she had responded as if I'd asked her to donate a Read more
