The steak diane had a sweet sauce and was very good. Potatoes were great and the salmon was average. I loved the whole head of... broccoli ???? The customer service was beyond excellent. I got the tuxedo cheesecake. Super sweet but good. Husband got the hotfudge sundae with ice cream. Also really sweet. If you're wanting a good cheesecake, this is obviously the place for it. The Inside is amazing. Really creates a ambiance. The wait was only a few minutes for a tables for six. Every point of service... today was quick and efficient and I don't mind that.The waitress we had was great very attentive and gave recommendations. Nowthe problem the menu is as long as the old testament. While the food came out hot and fresh I've had better. The cheese came inand saved the day. My favorite was actually the original with strawberry's. I would actually recommend. Checking out the menubefore you go. That will help on selection time. Read more
What can I say about this WONDERFUL Restaurant except that we were happy to finally stop by it ???????????? Customer service... 100% Clean 100% Food 100% Of course we asked if we can buy one of the whole Cheesecake on display or did they just sell perslice only ???????????? they said ' YES!!!' This was our 1st trip here & despite mixed reviews, our experience was a nice one. All of the food was good, with the exception... of the fish and the drinks could stand a little more flavor. I normally don't eat cheesecake, but I tried the red velvetcheesecake. To my pleasant surprise, it was actually pretty good!! The ambiance and decorations were lovely. I would love to give this place a five-star rating. I do love the cheesecake factory. The service is great and of course the... atmosphere is wonderful. The only problem I had was that my orange chicken plate that I ordered was surprisingly a little thinon the chicken and more on the breading. As you can see from the attached photos it was not up to par. My wife and son bothenjoyed their meal. I wish I was able to say the same. Read more
We have been coming here for years and I am ashamed that I have not left a review before. The service has always been... excellent, the food comes out as described on the menu and of course there is the whole dessert issue to indulge yourselfwith. Today we were treating one of our staff and we let her pick anywhere in Jacksonville to go , our treat and ?The CheeseCake Factory ? is where she chose to have lunch. And what a great choice she made. Kayla was our server today and she did anexcellent job taking care of us and we would love to have her again. The meals are so huge that we all had plenty left over foranother meal tonight. I must say I chose the ?Curry Shrimp dish with Chicken ? and it was the best choice I?ve ever made off ofone of the most extensive menus I?ve ever seen. They changed the ingredients to the Thai lime cilantro chicken rice dish. Instead of Mango chunks, they're using pineapple. Had... I known ahead of time, I would have ordered something different.
