Placed a simple order for two different sushi rolls. When I got home I noticed that I was short one. It looked like the cheaper... of the two I was missing. It was late and I called with no answer. The next day I called and and it rang for seven minutes noanswer. They next day I called the lady said come in when the manger is here. Well I went in and he started right off withexcuses , you waited to long. Why didn't you take a picture? I'm huh a picture of the messing food? He said call 911. Customer service on my pick up order was very slow. The lady whom waited on me acted like she didn?t want to be there. Normally... this place is very pleasant but today?s experience and wait with one table was ridiculous. I get my order home and there are nolittle containers of shrimp sauce, yes we ordered extra we thought only to end up with one large container and no small ones.When I called to complain the same lady that waited on me answered the phone and acted like she didn?t know how to handle acostumer complaint. Hands down worst and rudest service I?ve ever experienced. We literally sat there during our lunch break (3 other customers... inside) for 18 minutes while the server was on her cell phone. She totally ignored us. She was talking to someone the entiretime and not once even looked our way. We got up and left. I?d rather eat at Wendy?s than ever go there again. I haven't been to this place since before the pandemic and at that time it was terrific. Not so great today. I ordered an eel... roll and a spicy tuna roll. Mostly avocado in the eel roll but the taste was okay. No so with the tuna roll. It is groundup something that does not taste like tuna nor was it spicy It is was like ordering a steak and getting ground beef. Verydisappointed in this experience. Read more

Restaurant shows up on Google maps under restraints that deliver. They do not deliver. They use a service that charges you extra... and involves a stranger touching your food. I gave them a one star and they cried about it stating that the delivery service wasto blame. Stop pointing fingers. Legitimately represent your product. This was a great choice for dinner tonight! The service was sweet and quick and it's quiet and clean here. I couldn't have been... more satisfied! The hibachi steak and vegetables had that perfect grill taste and the eel and Tokyo roll was amazing!
