I visited the Deerwood Park location yesterday, and that visit only validated my thoughts about this location. The staff at the... Deerwood Park location should come train the staff here in customer service as well as smoothie preparation. I haven't had anAvocolada that tasty since I left Tallahassee. I always place pickup orders, but I am never greeted when I walk through thedoor. As soon as I walked in the door of the Deerwood Park Tropical Smoothie, I was greeted by two different employees. After Ipick up my order and walk out, I am never told goodbye. Actually, my presence is never acknowledged in this location. I onlyorder here because this location is the closest to my house. But it was awful, primarily due to the lack of customer service. AsI left the Deerwood Park location, I was told to have a good day. I was so surprised during this visit because I have becomeaccustomed to the poor treatment at the Oakleaf location. Please do better. Read more

This Tropical Smoothie locations is one of the better ones.The Cafe is clean and has a lot of natural light. You can dine in or... out on the open patio.. The staff was also friendly and quick to prepare our order. We ordered an Avacolada smoothie, apineapple mango smoothie, a avocado grilled cheese, and a turkey club. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious! They alsohave a nice little chip corner and area where the do to go orders that you can place online and pop in to pick up. Read more
