Terrible Tropical Smoothie!! Do not go here! They deserve zero stars.First of all, the speaker does not even work properly so... you have to repeat your order multiple times. They still get your order wrong at the window. I ordered 2 smoothies and a younggirl at the window let it sit by the window for over 15 minutes without giving it to me she handed me 3 containers with no bagshe asked what my order was 3 times she had no concept of what was going on. She was sitting against the window with her AirPodsin and she kept walking past the window and never asked or was concerned about me waiting 45 minutes. She also had a very nastyattitude. I have been going to tropical smoothie for more than 10 years and order the same health nut for me and my family but today I was... very disappointed in what I have gotten from this place. Taste, look and ingredients are not correct and the worst part is myson is allergic to certain kind of nut. As you can see from the photos, not really sure of what they put into it but it tasteslike peanuts and lots of soy milk. What I?ve order is health nut with whey protein. I went back inside to question it but theydon?t seem to know the difference or just ignoring the fact that they are caught making smoothies with incorrect ingredients.Please be careful of what you order as it may contains ingredients your kids maybe allergic to.
