Customer service is good. Turn around time honestly depends. You can get your food ordered, paid and in hand in 2 minutes or 20.... Their really good about fixing mistakes if you turn around and come back with your receipt and if you come often they make aneffort of remembering you by saying something nice. Showed up at 6:00 pm Sunday, November 20, 2022. There was NO ONE in line inside. Not one even sitting in the lobby. There were... about 6 cars in line at the drive through. We stood at the counter for 4 minutes before anyone LOOKED at us in the eye. Theyknew we were there since they needed to pass the counter SEVERAL TIMES to do what they needed to do at the window. Eventually wewere helped by an unenthusiastic individual smelling like he just got off a cigarette break. No problem. Perhaps he was onbreak. No fault there BUT, here's the obvious issue (that we're sure none of them inside understands). When someone walks insideand the counter person is not immediately available, you look at the customer and say "we'll have someone with you right away"etc... not ignore them like your a scared child. Class and professionalism? Not here with THIS staff. And they want $15 pethour? All while wearing earbuds and ignoring customers. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AND EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER.They are doing YOU a favor by giving you your food whenever they see fit. Understand this and your expectations will be met. Came yesterday and had the breakfast. 1st of all every car in front of us pulled out of line and then had to walk back to the... window because either something was wrong or missing. I check after we pull off and of course something is missing. So I walkback to the window to get the item. You can't go in cause of course the lobby is closed. No matter when we go thru out the dayit's slow as hell. I would rather drive out of my way then come back to this location again. Read more

You have an amazing breakfast crew.....great service and professional employees. Your lunch crew today were not as helpful.... Either they were short on help or not listening to the drive through orders. Maybe a little more training would help them???????????????? Read more

During a busy time, Ray was really kind to two elderly customers, taking them there food instead of making them get up and come... get it. The elderly guy was walking with a noticeable limp, I have noticed on several occasions Ray exhibiting leadershipqualities & going beyond the call of his duties to do the right thing when it would be easier to do just enough to get by. Whenthey're not busy you can hear Ray taking the initiative to be humorous with the other employees distressing the situation.Anytime I talk with him he always keeps me laughing. Each time I order online they leave out an item. Especially when I add one of the rewards. They seem very nice and friendly but... they need to focus and ensure they are accurate. Hate having to go back inside which is why I order online. Read more

Went too this location at night..they had no chocolate or vanilla frosty's..drive thru took forever..20 min's just for one... Frosty..when we got to the drive thru window to pick up our order. The cashier was rude as hell talking to her friends who wasbehind us in the drive thru rushing to give us our order ..she shoved the order in my husband hands almost dropped it so she cango outside and meet up with her friends. Other workers was hanging out. Definitely needs to work on customer service at thislocation for night shift... less hanging out more working. Read more

Ordered through the app for pickup and still had to wait nearly 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. Was given my drinks and frostys... (which all they had was chocolate) then had to wait about 5 minutes just to get my food and by that time, the frostys werebasically chocolate milk. Go to eat a few fries, those were cold. Grab my burger, they mixed up mine and my sons burgers andboth were cold. Also go the pub fries, SURPRISE!!! They were cold as well and who the hell just lays two strips of bacon on topwhen it?s supposed to be crumbled? Slow, cold food that is supposed to be hot, drinks and ice cream that are warm but supposedto be cold/frozen. And to top it all off, you can barely hear the person over the speaker box and when you can finally hearthem enough to answer them, they get an attitude with you. Read more
