Worst wendys I have ever been to. Short staffed so only accepting mobile orders? Lol riiiight! There's 4 people inside right... now. Food is either old or your order is incorrect and then they want to have an attitude when you want your food replaced like you... are lying about the quality of it. Those employees at that particular restaurant are just there to get that little paycheckevery 2 wks. Read more
3 stars because the food was super fresh; However, the fact that most of the employees are African Americans and u guys have the... nerves to not have ice for probably more than two weeks now is a major problem and says alot about whoever is apart of the chainof command.Its hot in Florida! I don't recall seeing an ice shortage.I suggest the top ppl get some darn ICE ASAP.Might I alsoadd that your free frosty's are smaller than every other side of town.With the lack of not having ice at all and nothing toocompensate for that for customers get the cups that aren't a cheat too your customers. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Cashier @ Drive Through was disgustingly Rude and to make it worse...She was the... manager!!! Managers should be required to be tested on their customer service skills regularly and be watched on camera on aregular basis to make sure they treat the customers well. Read more
