Customer service is TERRIBLE! Cashier @ Drive Through was disgustingly Rude and to make it worse...She was the... manager!!! Managers should be required to be tested on their customer service skills regularly and be watched on camera on aregular basis to make sure they treat the customers well. Read more

Worst wendys I have ever been to. Short staffed so only accepting mobile orders? Lol riiiight! There's 4 people inside right... now. If you're going to do mobile orders only...LEARN HOW TO READ! 10 Nuggets + 10 Nuggets + 4 Nuggets + 4 Nuggets = 28 Not 23.And the girl with the sunwashed orange short hair.... YOU NEED TO QUIT YOUR JOB and never work in customer again, BECAUSE YOURCUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! This Wendy's needs to shut down. Read more

Food is either old or your order is incorrect and then they want to have an attitude when you want your food replaced like you... are lying about the quality of it. Those employees at that particular restaurant are just there to get that little paycheckevery 2 wks. Read more

3 stars because the food was super fresh; However, the fact that most of the employees are African Americans and u guys have the... nerves to not have ice for probably more than two weeks now is a major problem and says alot about whoever is apart of the chainof command.Its hot in Florida! I don't recall seeing an ice shortage.I suggest the top ppl get some darn ICE ASAP.Might I alsoadd that your free frosty's are smaller than every other side of town.With the lack of not having ice at all and nothing toocompensate for that for customers get the cups that aren't a cheat too your customers. This place inside is empty and I TOTALLY understand. The young lady taking my order was low key RUDE when we clearly asked for... large drinks and fries with our order. She touched fries with her bare hands and was irritated when I asked for ice because theice machine out in the lobby wasn?t working. I actually live in Charlotte NC. But I would NOT recommend anyone going here ifyou?re looking for fast food. The service from the front counter is ridiculous. RUN!! Or go to another fast food place. I threwaway over half of my burger. Can?t imagine how rude the girl would have been if I took the old bread and dry burger back upthere. My husband also said it was horrible. Read more

If i could give zero stars i would. I just attempted to go through the drive thru with no one at the speaker. Thinking the... speaker might be broken i drive up to the window and sit there for a minute. there is not a SINGLE worker in the kitchen area,alright so wendys is closed. OH NO, i roll up past the main dining area to see the entire staff sitting at different tables onthere cellphones just texting, talking and laughing. I get it, restuarants are short staffed, but this is straight time theft bythe employees unless there is some kind extenuating circumstance that the kitchen is down. In either case it reflects reallypoorly on the establishment, the owners, and Wendy's if whatever is going on isn't also communicated to the consumer. A simplesign on the speakee they were closed would of sufficed. Instead it seemed as if they were blatantly disregarding orders anddisrespecting there employer. I have a video I took of the instance as proof the kitchen was empty and will include some screenshots for the owners. If it was some kind of issue with equipment I'd understand.try your best to communicate that to theconsumer. While this is the food industry you also have a duty to provide the best experience possible. And given what i couldsee it was not provided tonight. I will admit i do not have all the details pertaining to why they were down. They simply couldof provided a better experience by simply explaining why they were down, again, even a note on the speaker would suffice. Read more

drive through about 1:00 1:30 oh by the way this is my third time leaving a message about this s*** I'm tired of spending money... on food that's not correct supposed to be hot crispy fries they were cold they were soggy.. and this is in edible I don't knowwhat it was supposed to be a baconator excuse me where's the bacon and how long did you have this meat on the grill like coupleof days..when my own dog won't even eat it it's pretty bad. I went through another time to give him a second chance in order tochicken sandwich and it was very greasy I actually squeezed the sandwich and the grease poured out of it I used to work forWendy's as a teenager and I'm very disappointed in their reaction..got told the mgr would contact me..lies Read more
