Just sat in line for 15 minutes. There were at least six of us in line. No one took our order. We all started driving away and... noticed the employees were in there and they were talking and not taking orders. There was no one in the restaurant. I?d hirebetter employees. Read more

I had a very unpleasant experience with the two girls who were working the drive-in window around 5:30 this evening, August 21,... 2022. As some other customers have experienced, I waited an exceptionally long time at the drive-thru with no contact. Afterapproximately 10 minutes I finally yelled "Hello!", but got no answer. I waited maybe another 5 minutes before I blew my hornquite loud to alert them, but still no one came on the speaker. Finally, because I had an appointment at 6:15, I pulled up tothe window to let them know that no one was taking orders at the speaker. They looked at each other kind of blankly and said"Oh, you weren't on our timer." Whatever that is. I told them that I was right in front of the speaker. I let them know how Ihad tried to reach them, and they said they didn't hear any of that. I have no clue what they were so busy doing that theycouldn't hear a loud horn honk. I could hear low talking in the background of the speaker, so I assumed that it was on and theyshould have been able to hear what was going on outside. Isn't there some kind of camera to monitor the drive-thru if for noother reason than for security? Shouldn't they be able to see what's going on out there even if they don't hear anything? I wastold that I would have to drive around and get back in line (now that there were FOUR people piled up behind me) and place myorder, because I could not place it at the window. I guess, instead of driving, I should have left my car at the drive-thruspeaker and walked up to the window to let them know that 5 cars were waiting to have their orders taken instead. Again, I gotthe story on not being on their "timer". I told them that wasn't my fault. They said it wasn't their fault either. Well, it wasthe company's alleged equipment that failed, so therefore they should be responsible for making it good. If there was a zero star I would rate it a zero. Possibly the worse customer service and unfriendliest staff I?ve ever come... across to. And I have over 30 years of customer service experience. I mean I know they don?t probably pay much but this staffdoesn?t even meet minimum courtesy protocol, like saying your welcome when you say thank you multiple times! Read more

I had a very similar experience as that described by reviewer Justin Geiger. Nobody was in the drive thru when I pulled up to... the order kiosk so I waited at least a couple minutes then pulled up to the window hoping to simply place my order there but waspromptly informed that I would have to pull all the way back around and place my order at the kiosk. When I asked why I wasinformed that since I pulled in from the side street some kind of trigger/timer was not set so this was just what I was going toHAVE to do. Though I complied I was quite annoyed since through this entire process, there were still NO other cars in line andany decent establishment with ANY kind of care for their customers would have just taken their order at the window. So AFTERreceiving my food I asked for a manager and she informed me that it was her which surprised me as she had exhibited absolutelyzero customer service skills throughout our transaction, setting an extremely poor example for her employees. When I expressedmy concerns and let her know that it was very poor customer service to require that any customer drive all they way around thebuilding due to some kind of limitation with THEIR equipment was ridiculous. Instead of offering ANY kind of apology she wasextremely rude and condescending in her response, and was eventually flanked by two other employees obviously following herlead. I was really surprised as most Wendy?s that I?ve frequented always appeared to be well-managed with courteous employees(NOT this location). This was my first and absolute last time ever visiting this particular establishment. I only wish I couldhave given a ZERO star review since one star is actually over-rating them. The manager on staff should not be allowed to managea lemonade stand much less a well-known fast food establishment. Read more

Where to start with the disappointment and disgust at how I was treated today. I use to visit this location regularly. Maybe... once or twice per month and work nearby. However, today was the final incident and I will never go here again. I sat in thedrive thru in line for the better part of 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. I pulled up to the menu and was expectingsome sort of greeting. Nothing. Waited another 4 minutes thinking they were just busy with the customer in front of me. That wasnot the case as that car drove off from the window and it was still silence. I tried to talk to them through the speaker butagain nothing. So I drove to the window and was greeted with the most unhappy individual who couldn't care less about her job orattitude. I told her what happened and she said my car did not trigger her headset. So I asked if I can place my order at thewindow. She told me that I would have to drive back around and get in line again. That's when she proceeded to shut the window.I sat there as she took the order for the car behind me. She then opened the window again and I questioned her about her tellingme I had to wait in line again. She said that's what I have to do. So I asked for the manager and she said she was the managerthen shut the window AGAIN in my face. Needless to say, ownership needs to carefully review who they put in charge and entitlewith that manager position. I understand this is fast food but there still needs to be some level of understanding and customerservice. She clearly did not care about me or my time and was simply processing cars through the drive thru. No care orconsideration was given. And I'm sure this isn't the first time. Good Luck to all of the patrons who will still visit thislocation. Because I won't do it anymore. All I can hope for is that the owner of the location reads this and considers makingsome changes.
