Food is fine but getting expensive. May as well go to a sit down at this point. Anyway, not a bad location just takes longer... than usual to get your order through the drive through, not really sure why. Read more

I feel bad because they say there is only 3 people working, but I waited in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes. They hadn't... taken a single order for 35 minutes. They finally took the lady in front of me's order so I thought things were moving. I said"Hello?" And they said "We're busy right now." Then...nothing. They just made the lady in front of me sit at the window for 15more minutes before she sped off flicking them off. I ended up leaving too. I understand being understaffed. But 3 people canmake a sandwich in 35 minutes. Read more

After years of going to this Wendy's, I'm finally done. This place used to run like a well oiled machine. Now they're always... short staffed. I'm assuming the previous, awesome manager left. The other day it was raining, so they stopped taking drive thruorders. I came inside soaking wet to see 4 senior staff members just standing around and talking in the dining area. Today Ijust witnessed the newer manager curse at someone on the phone, saying how hard she works and how the employees just do whateverthey want. She said she hated it, and then walked out the back door. I've never seen such childish behavior out of a manager. Itwas truly outrageous, especially in front of customers and employees. I don't think she can manage, nonetheless work in the foodline. All I ever see her do is walk around with a stink look on her face. My props to all 3 employees who actually continue todo the best they can. Food is still decent. Read more

I go to this Wendy's all the time and usually it's very good. This time however I was shocked. I picked up my son after a... football game and it was about 925pm, I pulled up and the car in front of me gets out of line. So I pull up and the person says,just to let you know it will be 15 to 20 min. I said ok no problem. 3min later, did I already tell you it would be 15 to 20 min.I said yes you did Thank you. 5 min later a young lady walks out from the back and tells me it's going to be 15 to 20 min. Iexplained my son just finished football and is hungry, I don't mind waiting. The person behind me left though. They then took myorder and it was about 5 min to get my food. There was a blue shirt lady inside (Manager?) Im only posting this because if i wasan owner, I would want to know that my employees are sending customers away for what seemed to be just sheer laziness at the endof the night. Read more

The staff was really nice but I was in the drive thru and they had to change something and said it would be a minute and it... turned in to 15 minutes. Two cars behind me left and and then there were 5 cars behind me. My son was waiting on his food so hecould go to work. It's not good to make people wait that long in a drive thru before taking you order. I had to go inside to getit faster. And it looked to me like the employees that were working the drive thru where doing nothing and on their phones. Chick-Fil- A would never do this to their customers because their customers are important. Read more

Waited in the drive through for about an hour for my food. That would be fine if it was a dine in restaurant, but restaurants... are even faster. The word ?fast food? should never be used again here!!! Read more

This franchise was recently bought out from their longtime owners (20+ years), and the company who now owns it has absolutely... tanked the service. It is absolutely hilarious to roll up to an entirely empty drive through, only to be told that they're 'Nottaking any orders right now' so that they can get caught up. The store also randomly closes due to staff shortages now, soplease be weary of that. Three times now I've rolled up to an order I placed online to see the place closed. Clearly, they'renot taking care of their staff if the entire original crew seemingly quit when they got bought out. Read more
