Waited in drive thru line 20min to have order completely wrong. Hoped it was a fluke. Next time was 15min after i ordered to get... my food. Last time 15min to give order, paid then got to the window and told to back up behind window and would call me forwardto get food. 15min later was called forward. I like Wendy?s food. No complaints about the premade low end food. This location has the absolutely worst service and staff.... Waited over a half an hour in the drive through line and never moved, came inside to order and not a single person greets you orattempts to take your order. No one?s wearing gloves or even making food. Instead they stand in the corner talking bad aboutcustomers and not fulfilling anyones order. Find a different location if you actually want some food. I came last week, and I was a little skeptical at first I?ve been to this Wendy?s before and wasn?t met with nice service. But... this time was really enjoyable, we got fresh food, the manager was extremely nice, we even talked and laughed for a second. Iwas pretty happy with the experience I had this time! Read more
Worst Late night Wendy?s in all of Arlington. Can?t speak for any other Wendy?s on other sides of town. But this drive through... is always long and they take forever to get you your food. The person taking orders on drive thru late night is super pushy andhave you pulling forward and reversing in a drive thru because she wants to get people paid and constantly talks to you likeyour some type or child. She is awful and unprofessional. Her appearance needs some work because she is wearing way too muchjewelry and she never wears a hat to cover up her hair. I won?t be surprised if these people even wash their hands. I will neverreturn back to this Wendy?s ever. I wish I could put no stars for this review. I'm not sure what happened to this Wendy's within the past few months but it is the... slowest drive thru I've ever been to. They have some type of method to where they only let one car around after taking thereorder and while they are getting that one cars order they will have you sit at the speaker without saying anything for almost 15to 20 mins. I went there a week ago to see if it has changed since I last went and its still the same. I was in line for almost35 mins. They make you come around to the window to pay and not to mention everyone is miserable there and doesn't even greetyou. They have you pay for your food and then pull up for drinks and then back up until the food is ready and that's why theydon't let anybody around because they want you out of the way of the timer. I hope an inspector or new management comes throughto change this place because it's the only one in my area and the way this place runs NEEDS to change! Read more
Don't come here Fridays, they're really slow in this establishment. Maybe they don't have enough workers but still, it's just... burgers. Other than this day, the food is not too bad on other days. And the fries are not always hot like they say. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I have ordered from them twice and both times the fries were really old and cold.... The first time, I got a burger. It was dry, cold and seemed like it had been sitting out all day. This time I tried the nuggets.Again, cold and old. We will not be returning. Read more
I don?t understand why every time we visit this location that they take your payment and then ask you to back up so that the... counter will restart. It never fails whether you go for breakfast or lunch or early or late dinner. There could be no one inline other than yourself and they still ask you to back up so they don?t get counted for their counter. Read more
