Let me first say that Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. I ordered a grilled chicken club asiago sandwich, strawberry... frosty, and a cup of water. The chicken sandwich, which I've ordered for many years, was rubbery, tough, and dry to the pointthat it shredded every time I took a bite. It was like chewing rubber bands. Inedible. To my annoyance and shock, I was charged$3 for the cup of tap water. I'm not sure I'll patronize this location in the future. A complete rip off when horrible fast foodcosts me $15 for one person! Slow. I've worked fast food. This place is slow. One guy begging for change outside. Drug deal or something going on in parking... lot with employee. Back n forth running in n out very excited. Food was good. Place was clean. Read more
Do not recommend. I'm a door dasher. They are very hateful and have zero customer service. Not only did the guys at the drive... thru YELL at me for asking for my customers drink but they left out over half of the order, refused to answer the door to thelobby when I went to ask for the complete order and would not answer the phone. The drive thru was out to the road so aftergetting back in line and waiting I was told to park and wait. They brought me out something that wasn't even in my customersorder and literally tossed it into my window. When I asked where the customers order was they ignored me and continued walkinginto the store. I called and they still refused to answer the phone. Read more
7-26-22 10:45pm do not go to drive thru after 10:00-1030 unless you?re desperate. You often have wait times 20+. Lines form and... you get trapped in. Employees are rude and scowl at you instead of smile. It feels like they?re mad at you for ordering foodlol. After I paid some dude just thrusted the bag in face and closed the window. I don?t often do this but I?ve never felt souncomfortable getting food before. This probably my 3-4th visit this summer and it seems the customer service is getting worseand worse. I showed up around 11 (they weren't supposed to close until 1am) and they were in the middle of a shipment being delivered. I... waited until it was over (still before 1am) and once the delivery truck left they closed the store (turned off all the lights)and still would not take any orders. There is no point in having hours until 1am when you are just going to close way beforethen. And then they want to just ignore you when they see you at the window. Like it's so hard to open it up and answer asingle question. I'd give O stars if I could. Just terrible. Read more
