We don't have one here in Albany, GA (I've went to the one in West Jacksonville, FL on Normandy Road just west of I-295). The... only reason why I gave four instead of five stars because the service took slightly longer than expected despite the lunchtimecrowd didn't arrive yet. I USED to be a huge fan of this location.. until tonight. I ordered a #1 w/cheese along with other substitutions. When I got... home there was no meat on my burger so after my daughter finished eating, I went back to receive a remake with fresh fries. Thecashier walked away and came back almost immediately with a burger and no fries. There was not enough time for my burger to havebeen made fresh so I can only assume it had been sitting there long before I arrived. I asked them for the fries they said theywould give me and they came back with fries and also threw in two cookies which was nice. When I got to my car I took thecookies out the bag and checked the burger. I couldn?t see any cheese on it so I wanted a refund at that point. The manager saidthere is cheese on it. I couldn?t see the cheese because it was so melted into the bread being that it wasn?t made fresh. Themanager came back with my refund, but told me she couldn?t refund the whole meal because I drank the drink!!!! And had the nerveto ask me about the cookies that I didn?t even ask for. I should?ve gotten a FULL refund for being served a meatless burger andhaving to drive back to the location to receive a remake that had been sitting there for however long.
