We ordered right away we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. After we ordered about 10 people came in behind us.... Some were uber some were to go. It took 30 min to get our food after we ordered. The fries were cold, the burgers were old thechicken strips were dried out. My chicken sandwich was ok. It was clean but not really clean. For 3 regular meals and a kidsmeal spent 33 bucks. Read more
Cashier service was excellent! I felt confident about my order to the fullest. The working team all had good personalities.... Fast, friendly, accurate. I have a family size of 6. So, I count on my order made right. I like when people make you happy towant to return. Double meat burgers, and spicy chicken sandwiches are among the favorites to have for dinner. Read more

I love Whataburger but this location certainly needs some work. I?ve had several instances of food from my order being left out.... It?s quite the inconvenience and the monetary issues involved are less than ideal. The food is always good but the staff lacksattention to detail as demonstrated with the continuing issues with missing food. Read more
1st time at a Whataburger and I highly recommend if you want a quality cheeseburger. Was so surprised and happy to find this... place on a trip to Jacksonville. I did not know they were in Florida. Pros: One of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had! Beefpatties were above average, seasoned, flavorful but not dripping with greese. Bannana Pudding Shake was soooo good, not toosweet or thick and filled with flavor! Flavorful fresh toppings. Whataburger has their own ketchup and its labeled fancy,tastes above average. Cheese is above average too but costs extra, about $1.50 for two slices of cheese. Onions and tomatoesseemed like they might have been freshly prepared that day. Fast and friendly service. Place seemed to be well staffed.Unexpected at a major fast food chain but appreciated ???? Cons: Fries were terrible, reminds me of Steak & Shake fries, thin &flavorless. Surprising considering how good everything else was. Got a side of chicken gravy for over a $1, was pretty goodgravy. Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce was pleasently spicy and flavorful. Pricey for a fast food place. About $14 for the TripleCheeseburger Meal with Medium Shake, Large Fry Upgrade, & gravy side. You do get quality food (besides the fries) for what youpay. Read more

I actually loved the burger. I ordered the number 2 special order. I did not wait long. The store provided me and my gues with a... number placard and the food was brought hot and fresh by Joe. He was great Ann offered more ketchup, salt, pepper and anything.The cashier was very nice as well. I'm sorry I did not catch her name. Stopped buy for some burgers after a football game herd they where good. Employees where Friendly but we waited over 20 minutes... for our food. The burgers where good but not worth the wait. Read more
