As a Texas native it is always nice to see a Whataburger in an unfamiliar place. This looked to be a new location with two... lanes. It was very busy for the lunch rush but even with 9-12 cars ahead of me I was out in 15 minutes. Staff was pleasant andaccommodating and the food was hot and fresh. Read more
S.L.O.W. service. I've been to many sites and had great food and good service. Not here. Teenagers running the show and no sense... of urgency. Although they try to mimic Chik Fil A's drive through service with multiple lanes, service was extremely slow. Theywould be better focusing on one lane and moving with a sense of purpose. The burger was dry and flat. Not sure what they forgotto add or prepare in the burger. I will not be back to this location. Read more
We use to live in Dallas and miss whataburger so much! Drove down for a cruise in canaveral and on our way back we made a pit... stop here. The place was super clean and welcoming. Manager Dylan was a pleasure to deal with. We ordered 6 patty melts and ourparty ordered another 12. They got our order out in a timely manner and we got really cool orange bags! The pattie melts werejust as we remembered them! So delicious! Thank you for a great experience. Read more
Should have read the reviews before I went there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The employees will be the end of this location...I've said... it. 1. Got our order wrong - the kids orders, which if you're a parent you will understand why this is even worse than messingup an adult's order. 2. We had 6 drinks...they were ALL spilling like a 3 year old was filling them...so my workuniform...ruined for the day, because some of those were shakes. 3. Open my sandwich...had mustard all over the bread...mindyou...my sandwich didn't come with mustard (didn't ask for it nor was it designed with it)...so that means it's someone else'smustard!! Stopped in to Whataburger for dinner while traveling. Despite having a very large team, orders moved pretty slow. The food did... taste good. My wife ordered an additional large fry for everyone to share and the order was skipped causing it to take over 10minutes to complete an order for just fries. The store was clean and updated. We went during the grand opening and the service staff was well trained and quick. The food quality was good.
So excited to have a taste of Texas back near us since we moved to Florida. We?ve gone a couple of times now since they opened... up and it has gotten better each time. Drive-thru is quicker and food taste just like home. Could not be happier with theexperience. Read more
Best fast food burger I?ve ever had. I?ve had In-and-Out, Five Guys, Shake Shack, Sonic, Hardee?s/Carls Jr, Jack in the Box,... White Castle, Checkers, McDonald?s, Burger King and Wendy?s. This burger was so good, I would rank it better than sit downburger restaurants like Red Robin. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars is because I think they forgot to put salt on ourfries!
