I go to whiskey Jax for thr fried green tomatoes. Around $10. They were delicious. I was solo diner so you will be places at the... bar. Sometimes hours change after gaming season so definitely call before you come! Read more

Music awesome! Chillula Band. However, there wasn't anywhere to sit or a way to order food. It's not because the restaurant was... packed. Space was ample! Empty seats were all around us. They weren't being serviced or bused! We stood for 40+ minutes &waited. There hadn't been any attempt to clear tables. By the time we tried to order food at the bar, "kitchen closed."Disappointing! The live music was amazing when we went, but the bartender called last call way too early by accident -- no big deal, plus she... apologized later, which wasn't even necessary. BUT, I just noticed I was double-charged on my credit card statement, so I'mspeaking up bc I can't remember the last time that happened to me at a bar or restaurant; if there are two charges it's usuallythe tip coming through separately, which was not the case here. It's okay to make mistakes; mistakes are as important as theyare inevitable. But if you're new anywhere, doing anything, please ask for help if you don't know how to do something, or if youfeel flustered or overwhelmed. Multiple people were wanting to order and you guys just kept stocking and polishing glasses andcleaning the bar area way ahead of close. Further, there is a more personable way to tell patrons it's last call, rather thanjust giving them their checks at 9:45 p.m., when the band is playing until midnight... Even if it had been last call, peoplelike to know before you just slide their checks across the bar with no explanation (and then if you're me, get double-charged ontop of a 30%+ tip). I'm not saying this is the norm, but this was my second experience here more than a year after I'd been thefirst time, with the bartenders not knowing what's going on... The food was good our service was okay,not because our server wasn't good. She just had too many tables. The music was too loud.

If there were 500* our server Izzy would get every one!! We had a party of 7 and she got everything perfect! She also labeled... and put the date on each box of leftovers. She is definitely the best server we have ever had- sweet and caring too. If you gohere and get her for your server you will have an amazing experience. Great atmosphere, music, crowd and service. Apps and drinks are fantastic with fast service. Only issues we had were that the... French Dip bread was soggy and the au jus did not taste right. The chicken plate had a bit of a tough texture. However, this isa place to try for a laid back and friendly crowd. Read more
