Today I went in to try Wise Guys pizza again. Met the new owner, Chris, and we discussed all the new plans he has for the... restaurant. I told him my favorite pizza is the white pizza and he made one for me to try. It was awesome as was the meat loverspizza I ordered. I'm so happy to have a great place for pizza closer to my home. What happened to the quality of their wings? I use to love the cajun ranch chicken wings, but lately the sauce has no flavor and... the ranch dressing is watered down. I have given this family owned Cafe several changes to get it right and the quality isgetting worst and worst. After reading other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one that is completely disappointed AND THEOWNERS DO NOT CARE!! My mom and I ordered from here on June 8th our total came to $44.16. I originally wanted the MGK but they were out of turkey,... tried to order cheese sticks they were out of those too. So I ordered a burger with a side onion rings, garlic knots andStromboli with pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. The burger was dry, tamato was mushy and lettuce was brown. The "garlic"knots were mostly parmesan cheese and butter. The stromboli was not only dry but INCORRECT my mom ordered PEPPERONI, mushroomand EXTRA cheese and received cheese and mushrooms only. When I asked if they could simply just replace the stromboli since itwas wrong they said they can either refund the $1.25 that I spent extra for the pepperoni or 20% off our NEXT purchased. Withthe high food prices, terrible customer service and low quality of the food we got I definitely do not intend to ever eat thereagain. When I asked if they could just remake the order instead and I'll send back the old one because it was practicallyinedible they refused. I wouldn't waste my hard earned money on a place like this. I bought chicken tender meal and when i got home and opened the box i could not eat it due to the oily fries and tendes, i call... back and was advise that the oil needed to be changed i asked why would you serve this and was advised it was nothing they coulddo until Tuesday when the owner was in i could not get a replaced meal will not go here again. Your basic cheese pizza reminds me of a degloved hand, just hanging there barely attached with reddish tones of underlying... muscle and connective tissue. Also thanks for deleting the sandwich from the order and not saying anything about it and managingto defeat the entire purpose of ordering from you. Read more
We have ordered here several times and our food has always been amazing. Tonight was a different story. Our pizza was cold upon... delivery our garlic knots were hard with no garlic butter at all and just a sprinkle of parmasean cheese.
