Above and beyond service and quality. I got my FREE Veterans meal on Veterans Days for being a US Navy Veteran and it came out... within minutes and cooked to perfection. Everything was hot and delicious. This location just opened up and it is a greataddition to this neighborhood. Worst customer service ever!!! Soap dispenser in the bathroom does not even work. Advised the worked and she said nothing. The... hand sanitizer in the restaurant either. Portion of fries was next to nothing. To top it all off, my husband asked how much asignature chicken sandwich would be on it?s own to which the girls with pink hair replied ?I have absolutely no idea? thenwalked away! Used to love Zaxbys and went often, but the last 3 times we have been here it has been terrible. Also, it normally takes like 30... or 40 minutes to get through. The first two times we made excuses that maybe they were understaffed or just overwhelmed, But thelast time, the store wasn't very busy and I can't see any reason to pay $33 for two meals that we threw away. Chicken strips aresmaller, and it looked to me like some were actually chicken breast sliced to look like strip. I was a meat cutter for 26 yearsand know what it looks like guys. I specifically asked for the order to be made fresh, and the girl at the window assured us itwould be. Lo and behold, the strips were from 2 different batches, most so dry and burnt that it was inedible. Fries were soggyand the best thing about the meal was the toast. No more. Every single time we come here they forget items or give us the wrong ones. Tonight I ordered and the drive thru attendant even... read it back to me. 4 piece tender meal with two sauces. As soon as I entered the restaurant I knew it would not be satisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness of the place. Then I... noticed the employees were not friendly and behind the counter looked un kept. I should?ve turned around but I placed my orderand went to the bathroom. It was filthy, floors were sticky, and it had a bad smell. The bathroom floor is overly sticky towhere it tracks outside of the bathroom into the restaurant. When I received my order, the chicken and fries had a bitter taste,which is an indicator of old grease. They need to change the grease to maintain quality food. After all of that, I couldn?t eatmy salad for fear of food poisoning. This location is a sanitation nightmare! Read more

The service was good the guy at the window was very friendly and nice. The grilled cheese was good and the chicken was also.... Only bad thing was the fries were soggy. They were the crinkly fries so I expected them to be crunchy. Not sure if it wasbecause we took it to go but not good fries. Will give them another try. Read more

First time ever there food was OK. The little girl at the register very polite. Place was clean bathrooms to. Probably would... have gave it 5 stars but the owner/ manager was showing a new employee how to load the drink cartridges into the soda machine.
