Received food quickly and it was delicious! Atmosphere was nice and clean. Employees were friendly and working hard.

This zaxbys ha been awful ever since covid hit . It seems like this zaxbys is terrified of or forgot how to have inside guests.... The restaurant Is always dead inside lately the drink machines are always down . I really want to see better . That being saidthe food is always 4-5 stars but 3 stars for indoor dining expirience . Where do I start? Place online order at 6:26 P.M. on 8-29-2022. App says order will be ready at 6:31. Pull up and enter the... store at 6:30. Waited in the store for 19 MINUTES!!! 19 minutes? Why? It wasn't busy inside by any means. So I finally get ourfood and head home. Get home and open the box. 3 CHICKEN STRIPS!!! Mine AND my wife's. That means if they short 2 more peoplethen the store gets to serve a 4 piece at no cost to them. Do they do it in purpose? They don't even have a 3 piece meal. Maybea kids meal but I'm not sure never ordered one. The receipt clearly stated 4 piece. No I didn't check before I left. I wasalready frustrated with the wait time. Ordered on the app. Took a bit to get there. Got there still had to wait 20 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be... finished. Also was missing food. waited 10-15 minutes for a pick up order that was quoted to be ready at 8:00pm. Meanwhile the drive thru that was wrapped around... when I went in was basically empty by the time I left. Gives the impression you all ignore the online orders and focus only ondrive thru.
