The wait was incredibly long and the food was not worth the wait. The chicken looked like someone ran over it and I ended up... eating it with a fork (discarded the bun). Once I tore it apart I felt more confident in eating it but it's supposed to be asandwich. I will say that the chicken was tender. The tea was way too sweet. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A. Read more

This Zaxbys used to be great but not anymore. Went through the drive thru and the customer service was non existent. Not like... the employees were rude, just like zombies. They took several of my favorite items off the menu (Cajun chicken sandwich, friedmushrooms and tater chips, not to mention the milkshakes they discontinued years ago) which is a huge disappointment. Stillordered some of my other favorites. Pulled up to the window and was asked to pull up to the curb and wait, which took at least 5minutes despite a fairly empty parking lot and only one other car in the drive thru. Upon getting home I found that they forgotmy salad dressing, burnt the Texas toast and served it anyway. The chicken was way over salted compared to how it normallytastes. Used to be a favorite of mine but now it's just an empty husk of its former self. Definitely needs some work before I'dcome back. Read more

One of my favorite places to eat but highly disappointed in the change . To cut cost they no longer offer blackened chicken . ... You used to get two packets of dressing which was hardly enough. PDQ is right down the road. Far better experience customer service wise and just as good if not better food. Food here was... great. Hot and cooked well. The problem was with the customer service. First, I waited about 10 minutes to be served and therewere only 2 people in line, myself included. This was due to the employee running the register not being trained on front ofhouse and the PoS system wasn't logged in so they couldn't process payments. This wasn't really a big deal, I don't mindwaiting for good food. Now usually I order the 3 tender plate but today I was starving so I ordered the 5 tenders and went big,so more fries and bigger drink. Ice machines in lobby were also empty or broken, as a side note. When you order the 3 tenderregular sized meal, you get 1 zax sauce which is about adequate. With the larger meal, with more tenders and fries, I assumedyou'd be given an additional sauce. Wrong. When I mentioned this to Makayla, she basically said oh well and walked away as Istated I didn't have 25 cents and didn't want to run my card for such a small amount (this actually costs the businessmoney) So instead, I had to run out to my truck in the parking lot for 25 cents. Lol. Just terrible customer service andterrible business policies. PDQ gives you plenty of sauces, no extra charge. Zaxbys? You order more food, and no extra sauce,you have to pay. Add it into your food's cost, jeez. 2 sauces isn't out of the ordinary and to have your employee make me runoutside in the rain for 25 cents is ridiculous. Won't be coming back, GG. Read more

There's not much to not like for fried chicken and fries :-) The dining room seems less used recently, so no big wait - though... I've seen the drive through get quite backed up. I don't love the polystyrene boxes, particularly for dine-in - but I get it,hopefully they'll switch to something more recycle-friendly in the future. The coke machine has plenty of variety, thoughseemed to be low on gas and ice when we visited. There are shelves for pick-up orders including driver services, added since welast dined in. Read more

.we just went to zaxby and this is what our grill chicken looked like. Burnt?????? Why do we bother and the fries were soggy... . what is wrong with this zaxby not opening the lobby?? All the other one are. again they took the fries and double cookedthem ,they were so brown it wasn't fuñny. And I ask was fries with no salt????? And when the girl brought me my food after Ihad to wait she was a little cocky. I just went again and we'll all my food was cold. Will they ever get it????This place andgetting worse, it use to be ok. But now they have young mgr who talk to there customer like we are all in high school.I had ayoung lady ask to take my order and when I started to tell her she said , sorry the other girl can do it.
