PLEASE READ! Went through for a nice meal after work and was informed they had a couple wings and one breast. My confusion is... that you have an entire store to make and sell chicken but you can't cook any...I would advise not to eat at this place!! Didn'teven try the food and was already repulsed. The Spicy Mac & Cheese bowl was awesome!!! The drive thru was courteous and fast. We had an overall great experience.
Never had bad food from here but the price is quite High. Absolutely love their peach cobbler Second post. Food still very... good, price was better than a year ago, BUT they dont have peach cobbler. I ordered 3 piece dark meat original recipe. Specifically asked for 2 legs and 1 thigh. However, after waiting 10 minutes, the... clerk brought me 2 thighs and 1 leg. When I asked her about this she said I'd have to wait another 30 minutes (even though 2people came in and left after ordering 12 piece original recipe buckets). Wrong answer. After basically finishing eating, I gotthe attention of an older worker. She said that more chicken just got cooked, "the clerk probably did NOT put in the computerthe special order" (so it was the clerk's fault but she did not want to admit to it), and then the gal brought me the missingleg I initially ordered. But it would have been nice to get what I ordered when I got my meal initially. Read more

Horrible horrible experience! Management was rude! I wish no stars was an option. I ordered 2 Famous Bowls and what I received... was barely more than brown gravy! When I drove back the manager was mad and didnt want to replace it and she had such attitudeeven the counter worker was apologizing to me. I said forget it cuz I already missed my lunch time and just got a refund. So nolunch and will never go back there again. Read more
